As many of you know I put the clamp to rest and am sticking to manual methods these days. One exercise I rarely see people doing or trying is dry jelqing. Granted, while some members think they won't make gains with wet jelqing (or it's for pussies) - dry jelqing can be intense. In fact, sometimes too intense. My girth has been exploding lately (after a plateua suceeding my first inch,) I anticipate a 2" girth gain within a year of Penis Enlargementing . I already had a mushroom head, but it's getting ridiculous with these. Dry jelqing is tremendously useful.

I've also been experimenting a lot with edging and 100% erect work. The merit is insane. I spend around 25% of my workout time edging or getting to 100% erection level and find still that my expansion is huge after a shorter set.

My method of dry jelqing involves:
1) Getting 100% hard
2) Grab skin around the middle of the shaft in OK grip, pull down to the base
3) Kegel and squeeze, holding a sort of Uli for a short second. Occasionally I will hold this for a few seconds.
4) Slide the skin up in a jelqing motion slow (should last 4 seconds or so) and hard, hardly letting any blood escape past your grip
5) Repeat with same hand around ten times, during the 10 I never let go of my place on the skin. Kegel before each stroke
6) Get back up to 100%
7) Repeat with other hand

WARNING

These are powerful. I've never gone over 30 minutes or so of a dry jelq set, and still feel incredibly worked. Pay attention to what your penis is saying to you, I recently suffered a split on the tip of my urethra from head pressure (?) and over-zealous dry jelqing may have been a cause. Not many people have had this happen to them (and don't let it scare you, it's not too bad at all - I just keep a band-aid and neosporin on it and it's healing up fine.) Try them at a lower erection level than 100% to gauge how you react.

And yes, these can probably be done clamped for all of those seeking out the most extreme, hazardous, and *potentially* useless ways of Penis Enlargementing.

I feel Dry jelqing can really help with FR. It stretches the shaft skin out to the max as well as forcing blood into the newly vascularized skin.

i dry jelq 5 days a week.my jelqs are intense and im around 90 % hard when i do them.i always get the donut effect after each session.

To pan out some of the fluid buildup, try edging after your set for 15 minutes or so, I find it really helps break down the donut and shaft fluid.

Also, if you are able, try a few very slow dry jelqs while you kegel before the stroke and HOLD IT the entire time. It's a neat variation.
 
Does the downward jelq from mid-shaft seem to help the bottom half girth at all? Trying to find exercises to target that region.

As in jelqing into your body? I don't see how that would work, you'd just be pumping the blood back into you. When jelqing the normal way, the blood is trapped at the head so there is some pressure created.

Hmm, well what if it was clamped? Kinda observing the natural progression of things here and the top half seems to be getting larger than the bottom half. If anything I'd like the cone effect.
 
I think that people penises are just going to grow differently. Sure, I'd like a cone penis myself, but if I end up with an 8x6 that's more bat shaped, so be it. I seem to be growing pretty evenly all over the shaft though. Everyone raves on hanging as being a great way to increase base girth.

I dont think that he meant jelqing into your body, I think he meant pulling the skin back on your dick so it's taut when you reach the base, then kegel, then squeeze your grip, then proceed with a regular jelq. I've found that the more taut the skin is on my dick when I dry jelq, the less fluid buildup I have and the more obvious expansion I get, rather than just creating fluid buildup.

I've been dry jelqing from the get go.

My dick looks like beat shit at the moment, so after a week of healing, I may give your dry jelqing technique a go to see how it compares with mine.

When I switched from wet to dry jelqing I no longer had any discoloration issues...food for thought.

did you switch 100% to dry jelqing? are you still doing it now? I'm planning on adding jelqing to my routine, and i really don't feel like dealing with having to lube up each time.
 
Forgive my ignorance but doesn't dry jelqing ruin your skin?

I had always though it would roughen up and desensitise the penis in the same way as when you are manual stretching without gloves or baby powder.
 
Like this thread a lot. I have always dry jelled because I think I get a better workout, plus it's less messy. I am a big fan of dry, and I never do less than 15 mins a day for EQ. 20 minutes or greater help with expansion. I also agree with a solid kegel before every stroke. I've always dry jelqed and i think your method of gripping the skin at the middle rather than base might help. I think i'll do 15 minutes of these then do 30 minutes of intense clamping for my girth workouts

Each time I jelq, I feel pains at the left side of my penis base. I've come to realize that it is as a result of squeezing the penis too hard.
