Here is a question: In a healthy adult male, with good circulation, do Kegels actually help a penis enlargement routine?

Kegels seem to increase the strength of the muscle used to control peeing and ejaculation. But it does not stretch the penis nor pump an above-average amount of blood into it. It can strengthen erections for men who have difficulty getting really hard, but to a healthy male who is able to get very hard erections anyway, and experiences a normal number of erections, how would Kegels help increase size?

I have seen many men say Kegels are "essential" to Penis Enlargement, with some claiming they are the "most important" exercise - more than Jelqing and stretching. Now, perhaps that is true if one has floppy erections or poor circulation, but for a normal healthy man, what is the basis (if any) for this claim?

Has anyone made gains without doing any Kegels?

I would be interested in hearing your opinion and experience, and the reason(s) why your opinion is what it is.
 
I've never understood them being compared to Jelqing/Stretching either. I have the same view as you, hence I don't do them all the time.
 
kegels r a important excercise especially for someone with weak erections,,they give you stronger erections even when youre strong anyway,they help you maintain an erection for longer especially when you find it hard to jelq and maintain it your penis gets tired,,doingkegels gives you more control over it i have been hammering them lately even though they are boring and ive noticed better erections

Agreed..i also notice i can shoot further, i'm getting to the point where i can orgazim on q, i last much much longer during sex, i can get hard any time any where, im horney all the time.. the list goes on and on all because of 1 simple
exercise.
 
For me, the kegels help make my woodies much stronger, but they also increase my girth when stretching and jelqing. I haven't measured the difference, but when my girth is at a max and I kegel several times, there is a noticeable increase in girth.

I can say that I don't really do kegels at all, at least not anymore. I did for a bit when I first started but it seems to me that once you have control in this area that you are fairly set but then again I could be way off. I might start doing them whenever I think about it and see if it improves erection quality or frequency.
