I would not say that I'm doing a routine but I do whatever I feel like for that day, if it is stretching, clamping, or pumping. My dog ate the handle on my pump so I've not been able to pump for a couple of months.
I do a lot of ADC. For padding I use a 1 inch cutoff of the cyber skin penis extention sleeve, it is the best padding I've ever used, even better than the pipe insulation. For the compression I use a 1/2 inch cut of a 26 inch bike inner tube, I stertch it out first on a soda can so it is comfortable while in use instead of too tight.
I use the captins wench for manual stretches, with a string for pulling, sometimes I put the string around my neck like a necklace for long durations of stright up stretching. My version of the lazy ass stretches.

yes I'm still 165 actually I'm now 160, I quit lifting weights and played a ton of handball this summer, plus the beer man the fuckin beer.
For your goal eat some healthy salads and use body weight exercises and you shold hit that goal, and good luck with it. Just keep your mind in the game.
