I just started working on Penis Enlargement.

Check out my gains so far. Hoping to reach 8.7" within June 2007.

My numbers are:
The 26th of December, 2006:
Erect Length: 6.7" (17 centimeters)
Erect Girth (middle): 4.35" (11 centimeters)

NOW 15th of February, 2007:
Erect Length: 7.5" (19 centimeters)
Erect Girth (middle): 5.25" (13.3 centimeters)
 
those are pretty good results, can you tell what kind of routine you used? it would be helpful, because I just started these exercises

You gained almost an inch in less than one month ?????!!!!!! How on earth did you manage to gain this much in such litle time ???

Most people on here feel they are lucky as hell when they get an inch in 6 months to a year doing exercises pretty much EVERYDAY and/or hanging an hour a day...

Some dudes have hung heavy for 400 hours with ZERO results to show from it.

Man you must be a real quick gainer and i also would like to know exactly what you are doing cause there maybe something in your routine that will benefit all of us here. In detail my friend so we can "see" what may have accelerated your gains to this extent.

I also think that you have great potencial to easily reach your goal provided you keep safe and don't hit a plateau after the quick newbie gains stop.

Keep us informed mate cause that kind of result is seen once in thousands of users.

Of cause I will tell you my routine in details.. (Sorry for my bad English, I’m from Scandinavia, so I’m excused rofl )

I started my program the 26th of December 2006.

Before I start describing my routine, I want to tell you what you need to do all the training. First of all you need to buy some powder to ease the pulling exercises (some prefer plastic gloves). I prefer "baby powder"! You can buy it in every local supermarket. Before you can start your pulling you need to buy a heating blanket/pillow (check attached image). This heating pillow is designed for microwaves. I use it all of my pulling exercises. Not just to warm up my penis, but to keep it warm all through the exercise. I normally reheat it about 4-5 times during a complete pulling exercise. The last thing you need is a good FAT lotion (some prefer Vaseline). But I think a fat lotion without any perfume is the best. By using a fat lotion you can keep jelqing for very long time without any breaks :)

Now you're all set to get a VIP rofl (Very Impressive Penis)

Because of my job I started my Penis Enlargement training when I came home at about 6 PM. (18:00), it is very important to do your training every single day! Just think of the gains you are missing out on, just because you missed a day of Penis Enlargement training. Yes, feel bad about yourself by missing a day of Penis Enlargement workout!

The first two weeks:
6 PM) Cover your penishead with baby powder, Warm up with your heating-pillow, and keep reheating throughout the complete pulling exercise, when you feel like it’s not warm enough anymore. Basic stretching, 3 sets of 30 second stretches (Down, Down-right, Down-left, and Rotary stretching.)

10 PM) Basic Jelqing (remember lotion), 3 sets of 100 jelqs, 80 % erect. (If you got foreskin, pull it back when doing this exercise. By doing that, your foreskin will expand to fit your growing head/glans)

11:30 PM) PC muscle fitness. (100 x quick squeeze and release, 50 x squeeze for 3 seconds and release slowly) This part is very important; you really need a trained muscle to complete the more complex exercises you have to do later!

Next Three Weeks:
6 PM) Warm up with your heating-pillow, and keep reheating throughout the complete pulling exercise, when you feel like it’s not warm enough anymore. Basic stretching, 3 sets of 30 second stretches (Down, Down-right, Down-left, and Rotary stretching.)

10 PM) Basic Jelqing, (remember lotion), 6 sets of 100 jelqs, 80 % erect.

11:30 PC) PC muscle fitness. (100 x quick squeeze and release, 50 x squeeze for 3 seconds and release slowly)

After Five Weeks:
6 PM) A-stretch pulling, 20 sets of 2 times pulling. (Cover your penishead with baby powder, and use your heating pillow to warm up, and keep warm through the complete exercise. Sit in a chair, get into the a-stretch, and pull harder and harder, straight out and away from your stomach. When you can’t stretch any further, squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, take a deep breath and hold it for 5 seconds, after 5 seconds, keep holding the stretch and your breath, and in a fluid motion, convert your kegel (PC muscle squeeze) into a reverse kegel (the thing you do when you want to pee faster:P ), slowly breath out while stretching even harder than you think is possible! Hold the stretch for 5 seconds. Now do the whole thing ONE more time without releasing your good stretch. The whole thing is done in 20 seconds. First 5 seconds while doing a kegel, and 5 seconds doing a reverse kegel, times 2) Remember to do 20 sets! This exercise normally takes me about 1 hour. You can rest between the sets as needed. And I promise, I will need it rofl

10 PM) Double Compression Jelqing, with bend and, Compression Squeezes. (Remember lotion), 7 sets of 100 double-jelqs, 95 % erect. (If you got foreskin, pull it back when doing this exercise. By doing that, your foreskin will expand to fit your growing head/glans) Massage yourself to about 95 % erect,(think of something sexy, or watch adult entertainment to stay erect :cool: ) Grab your penis by the base with your left hand, and start a normal jelq. Do not complete this jelq, but start a new one with your right hand, the idea here is to squeeze as much blood into the penis as possible. When the right hand reaches the head, bend your penis forward, while supporting the base with the left hand, which is ready to start the new jelq. After 100 double jelqs, grab your penis at the base with your left hand, with an OK grip. And grab right under your head with your right hand. Tighten your grips, so no blood can get out. Start squeezing the hands slowly together towards the middle of your penis. This squeeze should last for 25-30 seconds. Now you can continue your double jelqs. Remember you have to do 7 sets! I warm down by doing 100 fast basic jelqs with my foreskin pulled up. This normally takes me about an hour to complete.

yo Utopia!! You made some real impressive gains and if you keep going like that, you will reach your goal soon. Does that heating pillow provide dry heat or moist-heat for your warm-ups?
 
The heat pillow, is for dry heating only. I would prefer dry heating because of the difficulties it would cause me by having to strech with a moistered penis.

Amazing gains mate, thanks for also sharing your routine as well.

I'ma start using yours and see if I get any gains, seeing as I got minimal ones for my first month.

Are you loving the new girth? I really really need to get mine up to 5 inches, as it's only 4.5 at the moment.
 
Also, when you say 6 sets of 100 reps for Jelqing, do you mean do 100 then take a break, then another 100 etc etc?
Because I find it hard to maintain erection quality after about 25 reps.
 
yes kiplynx.. I do 100 then a break, 100 then a break.. if you cant quite keep your erection try sitting leaned back and jelqing away from your body, and not up in the air. That technique will capture the blood in your penis and make it easier for you to stay hard!

So did you have any problems doing this and being uncut? I am just wondering since I am too and don't want to screw up my junk. You've got one to be proud of btw.
