I have been doing this on and off and quit to frustration and now I am going to give it another shot. The equipment I currently have:

Current Routine -

- Salv's Quest to Jelqing - Twenty Minutes a day (Read the Thread )

- One heavy Hanging set of twenty minutes

-PeniMaster Pro - Will wear whenever I am out doing stuff. Its super comfy! (Want to land at least five hours after [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] and even while sleeping)

Heavy Hanging set - 20 minutes

Jelq - 20 Minutes

do you bundle stretch and erect stretches?

Yes. Depending on your goals. If you want length you're going to need to incorporate bundle stretch, and expressive stretching if you're not going to do basic stretching and instead do hanging.

but wouldnt a stretched tunica help alot with tissue expansion girthwise too? :)

I have never really got into bundle stretches or erect stretches. I am one of those odd people who try to do manual stretches and just really don't feel much of a stretch. I can rep out hundred pound incline dumbells in the gym, do one handed 75 pound concentration curls with my arms (on an incline bench), rep out 225 on full squats, but can't do basic stretches. Go figure

Ok thank you so much for the replies! That is why I love this forum! Help me modify my routine as needed. Tell me exactly how the bundle stretches and expressive stretches are done if you can. I just created an excel workout where I have every moment of every day planned out. I can upload the excel workout if you guys want to take a look at it, not sure if I am allowed. But the totality of my PE time is as listed:

Per Week >

Total Penis Workout Hours - 11.5
Total Extended Hours - 95
------------------------------------
Total Penis enlargement Hours Per week 106.5

So I have done two days so far of twenty minutes of Jelqing and two hours at high tension with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words]. The bulb broke on my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster pro[/words] so I am waiting for the hose to come in which could take up to a week. In the meantime I am going to use the phallason [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words] and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size genetics[/words] coupled with my workouts. I measured today to keep the dates simple, I will measure again next month on the 10th.

My goal is to slap on a quarter of an inch of length in a month. Lets see if I can make it happen. Any constructive criticism is allowed. Help me on my journey boys!!!

So your strength isn't enough? Then definitely start hanging.

Ok update on my first two workouts. Things went well and I am feeling good about the routine. I do have trouble with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words], it is kind of hit or miss so I am looking forward to getting my house for the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words]-pro. When I go to sleep at night I think it will contribute to a way better stretch then the phallason [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words]. So for two days I put in 10+ hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] stretching, and my two #phase 1 workouts which was the 20 minutes of jelqs, twenty minute hanging set, and then slapping the phallason on right away for a few hours before work.

I am uploading a pic to keep track of my gains. I can't wait until I measure and I am 8 1/4 or 8 1/2.

Unfortunately I cannot do the mandingo stretch. I spent one week straight, three hours a day (one day six hours) trying to do it. I followed the instructions exactly on that site and all I ever feel is pressure half way on my tunica and no inward stretch at all. I will try it again and see if I can figure it out but it really really bums me out. I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or if that exercise just doesn't work for me. I am watching the video on bundled stretches now.
 
So quick question on the bundled stretches. Can I do those in the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster pro[/words] and be bundled and stretching all night long? Is there a way to mod the phallason [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words] so I can be bundled and stretching all the time? I will definitely add bundled stretches into my routine. What is the most effective bundled stretches I can do in 15-20 minutes? So my routine will now be as follows:

Warmup - 5 minutes
Hanging (heavy) - 20 minutes
Bundled stretches - 20 minutes
Jelqs - 20 minutes

Upload it and list it as private then try Insert Image again, this time go to the "From URL" tab, put the link and uncheck "Retrieve remote file and reference locally"
 
So update. Works have been going good. I saw that I have been lacking on the warm-ups and warm-downs. It appears some people didn't start gaining until they did a proper warmup. I don't have the privacy to use a microwave so the only way I can do this is to use my ricecooker, then dip washcloths in the hot water when it starts to steam/boil. I didn't feel like I was getting much out of the twenty minutes of jelqing so I bumped it up to 40-60 minutes.

Manual exercises are still a bitch. I know that I am pulling super hard but I just do not feel it very much except for my glands. For hanging I am up to 20.5 pounds. After reading the heavy hanging thread people started getting great gains when they hit around fifty pounds. I plan to add a pound a week. Other then that still using my Phallason-forte after my workouts and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] at night doing bundle stretch sets. Will post an update soon.

Have you considered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] products? The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] would be a perfect fit for you, and after you get the hang of it you can add the VacuVin mod to take the pressure capabilities to Mars and back. Mike, (DLD) espouses the 'gain in all directions' principle where training for girth will also help a bit in length and vice-versa...the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] being primarily a girth tool has helped me gain 1.50+" in less than 21 months.
