nothing of note to report...averaging about an hour of pump-time each day and stretching BTC when I sleep. Flaccid hang is around 7" now, (no more urinal anxiety, LOL)
Try trapping the cylinder pointing down between your legs...the lig-stretch can be as intense as you can withstand due to the leverage of leaning your torso. I attribute my increased flaccid hang to this exercise.Want to start doing hardcore stretches with the mityvac. I want to start doing it tonight. This is one exercise that I've never really done for up to 3 minutes in total. Doing it while still doing expressive stretching with the length master will surely break any length plateau.

Since my hands are usually occupied (keyboard/book/remote), I have not dedicated multiple hours on expressive stretching, but when I 'dabble' the 'pull' on the inner penis is definitely felt
morning shower 10 minutes in the MityVac and 10 minutes in The Bathmate, afternoon/evening 45 minutes to an hour in The MityVac (I vary the pressure every 15 minutes or so). I've been stuck at just over 21 cms for a while now, so I may look into changing things up, but for now I'm fine with how it looks/performs@Big Schwanz Acht what's your current routine? Just pumping?
I also use a higher-viscous hair conditioner for lube and liberally douse the whole package before entering the BMOkey.

I tend to change positions once I feel a bit of soreness but always maintaining at least a modicum of tension. I prefer the downward hang vs. the straight-up erection angle, (in my mind it makes her think she's gotta put more effort into getting me 'ready', lol)How many reps are you doing? Hardcore stretches are an amazing way to gain using a pump. The Mityvac is best as it has the most controlled intensity.Just a quick update (plus I joined Abdiel's 9" by New Years accountability group)...I saw a post by Kyo where he mentioned straight-up stretches while in the MityVac (something I've never done...always downward and side-to-side), so I've been experimenting with getting the best EQ possible, entering teh cyinder and pumping to 7Hg to 9Hg while levering-up the tube toward my chest. I must say, that's a nice stretch that I have not felt before and it seemed easier to reach my personal best. I'll keep at it for the next few weeks and report back...in the meantime, thanks Kyo!

Excellent to hearSpent some time away from home (4 days to be exact) and was curious if I lost any size in the MityVac...probably had about an hour off/on inside the cylinder this afternoon and was right where I left-off last week. I'm thinking the upward, fulcrum stretches that Kyo mentioned may have helped. This will be incorporated into all of my MityVac sessions (tried it in my Bathmate and just lost pressure/water).
When I go to bed, I'll do some BTC stretches and trap my junk there and sleep on my side...
