The last two days I've been tweaking my morning routine and it seems to be working since I'm hitting my 'personal best' in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words]
cylinder with ease...here's what I've been doing:
Hot shower with a bit of manual stretching/pulling/massaging and then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] at about 75% (just enough 'pull' to go hands-free) and I do my body cleaning and shave (6 or 7 minutes) and then I grab the bundle chamber and clamp-down tight enough to handle the 15# of
weight that I've 'Mcgyver'd w/a 2 gallon container of water. I swing and rotate while
hanging in and grab the hand-held sprayer and direct warm/hot water all around my lig's and shaft to keep as pliable as possible. After 15-20 minutes of this, I hop into my modded [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] for two 10 minute sessions (with jelqing inbetween to manage FR) and done!
I'll do this until my next measurement at the end of the year and see how much progress I've made
