Yeah if you are not getting the intensity you need but you are not quite ready to move up in weight, that is when Ive found swinging to become particularly useful. You can work up to the level of intensity you need and eventually move up in weight.

Swinging does cause growth in current weight, even if maxed out swinging the weight makes it heavier due to downward force. Adding weight in hanging is key and should be done systematically at a level someone is comfortable with, maybe 2 pounds a week. We can become complacent very easily in PE so it is so important to be honest with yourself and get out of your comfort zone. Always push forward at a rate that works for you but be sure you do this.

The key for me was getting rid of the theraband, clamping as close to the base as possible and going commando. Always do length before girth or do an every other day workout. Upon expansion the penis becomes harder to stretch, the more expansion the more rigid the stretch will be. I suggest the two things above, either every other day or length before girth. Every other day would be:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Length
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Girth
Sunday: Off

or

Length in the AM and Girth ion the PM

Its not unreasonable to do 1" in 8 months, you certainly have the tools to do it. You just need to get organized, set up a routine and stick to it.
 
Measuring Day w/pics (sorta)

Partial fail (if any of you have been following this thread, you know my struggles with getting high-enough EQ to get a decent pic) it's definitely tough for me to hold the camera, get the ruler and try and keep as hard as possible...
I can say for a few fleeting moments that I hit 8" BPEL on the tape measure, but regressed to 7.75" when it was picture time. You can do bundled hanging with whatever hanger you want bro. I've used the chamber from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] to hang and currently the p-hanger. I simply twist the hanger clockwise or anti and hold it in position.

Just for some explanation/perspective...the first pic is bone pressed flaccid around 7" and the second is mid-shaft girth at about 75% EQ, the last pic is not bone pressed flaccid around 5.50". For me, symmetry is what I'm now primarily focused on and that's going to take a considerable amount of length increase for a more 'balanced' look imo.

The last two days I've been tweaking my morning routine and it seems to be working since I'm hitting my 'personal best' in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] cylinder with ease...here's what I've been doing:
Hot shower with a bit of manual stretching/pulling/massaging and then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] at about 75% (just enough 'pull' to go hands-free) and I do my body cleaning and shave (6 or 7 minutes) and then I grab the bundle chamber and clamp-down tight enough to handle the 15# of weight that I've 'Mcgyver'd w/a 2 gallon container of water. I swing and rotate while hanging in and grab the hand-held sprayer and direct warm/hot water all around my lig's and shaft to keep as pliable as possible. After 15-20 minutes of this, I hop into my modded [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] for two 10 minute sessions (with jelqing inbetween to manage FR) and done!
I'll do this until my next measurement at the end of the year and see how much progress I've made

today was an average/below average session...20 minutes of hanging 16# with swings and rotations followed by 2 ten minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] segments with 100% intensity (jelqing the FR out between sets).

I definitely like the new hanging regime, but I haven't seen any appreciable results in either flaccid or erect size (but I haven't put ruler-to-cock for 100% certainty). I'd like to hear from any hangers what their experiences have been after 10 days/2 weeks
