When pumping, I go extreme during the third set and when it's time for the 4th set which is the last set, I go totally extreme. Should I do the hardcore stretches as a 5th pumping set for 10 minutes? What other manual exercise are you doing apart from the lazy man hardcore stretches? The 'lazy-man' hardcore stretch requires an absolute 100% seal and what I do is get the highest EQ as possible and then trap my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] between my thighs (pointing straight down) and hold that stretch for several minutes. Then I do bends to the left and right using the leverage of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] against my pelvis as the fulcrum...you can definitely feel the internal penis being pulled-upon. I like doing the hardcore stretches in this manner cuz it seems easier to create the power necessary to 'feel' the 'pull' without using just arm-strength.

All of my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] exercises require the VacuVin wine-mod and it possible I'm able to reach these angles w/out losing any suction due to my fat-pad (which I detest) of 1.50"-2". I also ditched the (dis)comfort pad almost immediately and use a high-viscosity hair conditioner (it helps to have your GF come visit once in a while so you can use some of her products, lol) along my glans/shaft which eliminates any/all [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words]-bite while also helping with the seal.

For me, I get the best stretch with the last set...I'm guessing that everything 'down-there' is engorged which further helps with not losing any pressure.

I just noticed that I'm able to do manual bundled stretches now unlike before. In the past, once I train girth, it used to take me about 2 days before I can do bundles. But now I can do the bundled stretches daily while doing girth work on the same day. I will start doing the stretches as you recommended during my last set and then I will strive to get the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]. I'm tapping on your thread for great inspiration. I've gained half inch in 3 months using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]. I'm regretting so much for making such a huge mistake. I gained half inch in length using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] daily for 3 months doing only upward and downward bundled stretches for 30minutes and few time for 1 hour. I believe with daily 1 hour bundled stretches combined with daily [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session, I can gain 1 inch in 1 year and 2 inches in 2 years. With the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words], there is nothing like plateau.

Probably it was thrown away in the refuse bin by my room mate as at that time.
 
The question is, the new upgraded chambers. Are they going to be available for purchase separately? Not that mine have cracked or anything yet but it has happened to other people before I suspect that is why you upgraded them.

Girth has been holding steady at 7"...hoping to get to 8.50"X7" by the end of the year.

I believe it is the super-set scenario that makes all the difference.

Alright, from the look of things, I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. All is well. But tonight, I will try a different exercise like jelq or something else and see if there is a difference in my expansion

For some reason girth was much easier for me to attain (and the first inch of length seemed a breeze, as well) it's the last few cm's that are the most stubborn.

One thing I've always done that seemed to assist was changing things up...always trying to keep my d!ck guessing, but employing as much intensity as I could withstand. Maybe give that a go

'long time PEer, 1st time hanger'...started slowly with an empty half-gallon milk carton. filled it half-way and didn't feel much of a 'stretch' then topped the jug off and I could feel a little pull (but nothing like mt [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] sessions). I looked-up how much a half-gallon of water weighs and it's only about 4lbs...no wonder I didn't feel anything. I tried to find an old weight lifting set I used to have, but came-up empty (she, who shall remain nameless probably pitched it before I had a chance to pitch her, lol). I'll have to McGyver myself an appropriate apparatus that's water-proof (oh, did I mention I did this in the shower?) that can hold 10 or so pounds. Yeah if youve been doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] workouts, 4 pounds is too low for starting weight. Around 10-15 is more appropriate, however dont be fooled it may seem light at first but as you get closer to that 20 min mark it gets tougher. And if it didnt then you should increase the weight. It should not be easy.

I used to daisy chain milk jugs, now I have 7.5 lb plates which make it hard to increase weight. With the water bottles I would just fill up a little but more etc. But then they take up a lot of space....

Hit 10-15 lbs first see how that goes.

I wanted to be able to modulate the amount of weight (and since I hang in the shower, I use water as my medium) and I also wanted the whole rig to be just a few inches from the floor in case of 'slippage' (myself and/or the rig). I'm guesstimating that I had that container around 2/3 full which would represent about 8lbs...did this for 15 minutes two consecutive times. I also experimented swinging to and fro, gotta say it felt pretty kewl. I think this will be a part of my daily ritual for the next few weeks, adding water until I hit 15 lbs...then I'll need to devise a new vessel, lol

This sounds good! My last couple of hanging sets have been done bundled and swung. This gives an excellent pull on the ligs.
As for the weight I'm sure you will hit 15 lbs before you know it. The lenghtmaster conditions the feck out of your unit. I'm sticking with 10kg ( 23 lbs ) for now but I already know ill have to move up soon. I need to buy some 1kg plates to add and keep things progressive rather than the 2.5kg jumps I've made so far.

So you want to shake things up? I would find a different exercise than the jelq, the jelq is a very rudimentary and there are many girth exercises that are better. Here are some ideas.

Yeah I never understood how to do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], the diagrams look like he is trying to break his dick in half. So I never do it...

This is the part that gets me confused? Squash it against what? Do you put your dick on a hard surface? It says clamping hand, so you push your glans straight towards the base?

"Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping"

Cause if you don't have something to squash against the you are just bending your dick to one side and not really pushing any blood out. This is actually one of the first questions on that old thread and I don't think it got properly answered. If someone came up with a video that would be awesome!

This morning's routine consisted of hanging for 20 minutes with 10lbs, 3 sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] of 10 minutes each (with a few minutes of squeezes in between to remove all FR) and then ten more minutes of hanging (same weight). I attempted to throw-in 'bundles' while hanging, but that operation is a tad too advanced for me at this stage (this is only my second adventure with 10lbs attached to my d!ck). I'll throw another session in before bedtime tonight and see if I can't find that elusive 'fatigue'

The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] has been my weapon of choice for almost 3 years and I'm usually able to squeeze-in three 15 minute sessions, but since I just added hanging, I cut it down to three/10.
Hanging is pretty chill and since I do it in the shower, I'm able to keep my ligs and 'other' parts warm and 'stretchy'...I think I can step-up the weight to 15lbs. w/no problem and will probably try that tonight before bed. I'd encourage you to give it a go, EZPZ

Really that's intense man 15 minute sessions! Nice man your going to get some great gains with hanging. I've been reading on it and it seems like a good tool to be able to use. I'm wanting to save hanging for a little longer in my PE journey. As you just said you've been using your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] 3 years.

Ride the 'newbie' gain train as long as you can...I began to plateau after about 18 months and HAD to make serious changes. The most significant addition I made was the VacuVin winemod to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words]...then The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and now hanging. I'm currently doing a half turn bundle while hanging, nothing hardcore, but it does the job nicely for now. I read a post about one of the brothers hanging 40 lbs whilst bundled and swinging haha .
Get on the lenghtmaster before you hang bro , that will bring on the fatigue!
