I'm really impressed by The MityVac...super easy set-up, I can infinitely vary the pressure, and getting the 2" cylinder seems to be working-out well. I'll get a few more pics up once I see some appreciable results...as a side-note, I still use my BM in the shower, but not nearly the duration I used to. Anyway, great product!

You are not pumping with a sleeve? I thought the mityvac cannot be used without the sleeve.

Since I'm experimenting with 'compression pumping', I'm essentially using the cylinder as my 'sleeve'...I sized it about 1/4" to 1/8" smaller than my MSEG in an attempt to focus all the pressure-forces along the length axis. So far I feel like the majority of the 'pump' is working length, but we'll see...

Compression? What is this now?

so my ultimate goal is to get to that elusive 9"X7" and I'm about 3/4" short. In sizing the MityVac cylinder, I decided to experiment with a slightly narrower diameter than what my max-girth is currently, thereby (in theory) forcing all the pumping energy along my length since this is the 'path of least resistance'. We'll see in a few months if this warrants its own tutorial, but so far so good (it's only been a week, lol)

That’s hot! I hope there’s awesome rewards and this from you. I’m also glad to see you back on the boards, I was worried for a second.

It's been a couple weeks since delivery of The MityVac and I've adopted a 2X's per day. 30-40 minutes of actual pump-time per session which adds-up to an hour to an hour and a half under pressure. I'm using the ruler on the cylinder as my gauge and have not seen anything noteworthy, but I reach my max of 21cm almost immediately (less than 2 minutes) which I'm considering as progress. It's only been 2 weeks, so I'll remain patient...but this pump suits my lifestyle: easy set-up, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store. I also like going commando and using the cylinder itself as a sleeve to prevent any FR (after a session I have minimal fluid just at my circumcision scar). I also use my BM in the shower, but only for 5-10 minutes...essentially for girth maintenance

How would you compare it to the Bathmate? Pros and cons?

The MityVac beats-out The Bathmate in all categories...convenience being the most important. I can lie in bed before falling asleep and get 30-40 minutes of PE, (I've even toyed with the idea of sleeping with it on at a very low HG). I still use my BM, but since it's a 'shower-only', I only have it on for maybe 10 minutes now. Being able to infinitely size the cylinder is also a major 'win', since you can fine-tune your area of focus...I'm strictly pumping for length so the cylinder being equal (or slightly narrower) than my MSEG also eliminates almost 100% of any Fluid Retention (the bane of my Bathmate). I also like the ability to vary the pressure during any given session. It's only been a couple of weeks, but I can see this product being the ultimate 'Plateau Buster' for me

Wow? awesome comparison!

*quick update*
I've been fairly consistent with The MityVac, (use it for 15 minutes in the shower...then 20-30 minutes in the evening) and have noticed that I reach my max (a tad over 21 cms or 8 3/8") almost immediately at around 10hg. I'm hoping this is a good sign. I've 'toyed' with pumping to 20 Hg, but that's a tad too intense (even for me), but it's fun to push past 8 1/2" (perhaps this is my near-term 'potential')

Glad you are okay...Great to see you back posting. :)

I’m so happy to see you back my brother I was worried where you went things aren’t the same without you here. So happy to see you today ❤️

I've never left...just been busier than usual.

I added a silicone sleeve to the opening of my BM9 and are able to use the BM+VineVac dry with a perfect seal.
Measuring the hg accurately is an immense benefit though.. When you pull and push the cylinder a bit up and down you can reach higher hg without too much discomfort. I think short spikes into 10hg+ can be beneficial.
