Progress thread Big Schwanz Acht vs. inertia...or a 'how to' for the lazy guy to get

I was able to work-in a short, fifteen minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session this morning with zero issues (other than the pain from several days off)...I'll ramp-up to my previous routine, but taking it slowly for now

the vast majority are able to handle it, the few that I mentioned were the ones that actually enjoyed it and it was their 1st experience like that
