Yeah I never understood how to do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], the diagrams look like he is trying to break his dick in half. So I never do it...

This is the part that gets me confused? Squash it against what? Do you put your dick on a hard surface? It says clamping hand, so you push your glans straight towards the base?

Cause if you don't have something to squash against the you are just bending your dick to one side and not really pushing any blood out. This is actually one of the first questions on that old thread and I don't think it got properly answered. If someone came up with a video that would be awesome!

This morning's routine consisted of hanging for 20 minutes with 10lbs, 3 sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] of 10 minutes each (with a few minutes of squeezes in between to remove all FR) and then ten more minutes of hanging (same weight). I attempted to throw-in 'bundles' while hanging, but that operation is a tad too advanced for me at this stage (this is only my second adventure with 10lbs attached to my d!ck). I'll throw another session in before bedtime tonight and see if I can't find that elusive 'fatigue'

The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] has been my weapon of choice for almost 3 years and I'm usually able to squeeze-in three 15 minute sessions, but since I just added hanging, I cut it down to three/10.
Hanging is pretty chill and since I do it in the shower, I'm able to keep my ligs and 'other' parts warm and 'stretchy'...I think I can step-up the weight to 15lbs. w/no problem and will probably try that tonight before bed. I'd encourage you to give it a go, EZPZ

Really that's intense man 15 minute sessions! Nice man your going to get some great gains with hanging. I've been reading on it and it seems like a good tool to be able to use. I'm wanting to save hanging for a little longer in my PE journey. As you just said you've been using your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] 3 years.

Ride the 'newbie' gain train as long as you can...I began to plateau after about 18 months and HAD to make serious changes. The most significant addition I made was the VacuVin winemod to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words]...then The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and now hanging. I'm currently doing a half turn bundle while hanging, nothing hardcore, but it does the job nicely for now. I read a post about one of the brothers hanging 40 lbs whilst bundled and swinging haha .
Get on the lenghtmaster before you hang bro , that will bring on the fatigue!

Ive tried bundles hanging, it is a bit intense and am never able to make a full turn either.

I agree , a quarter of a turn is definitely not a fail. Just keep on with it.
 
This morning I hopped in the shower and 'warmed things up a bit' and then latched-on my hanging apparatus for 25 minutes, which included 6 minutes of 1/4 turn bundle right and 6 minutes bundle left, after which I did 3 fifteen minute sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] at max and max+. It's been about 2 hours since I finished and I can still feel a bit of soreness from the new hanging regime...trusting that's a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] (I'll know for certain when measuring day happens at the end of the month).

Yeah if you are not getting the intensity you need but you are not quite ready to move up in weight, that is when Ive found swinging to become particularly useful. You can work up to the level of intensity you need and eventually move up in weight.

Swinging does cause growth in current weight, even if maxed out swinging the weight makes it heavier due to downward force. Adding weight in hanging is key and should be done systematically at a level someone is comfortable with, maybe 2 pounds a week. We can become complacent very easily in PE so it is so important to be honest with yourself and get out of your comfort zone. Always push forward at a rate that works for you but be sure you do this.
 
This morning I had the best hanging session yet...30 minutes total with 10 of those minutes bundled and almost all of it swinging. The key for me was getting rid of the theraband, clamping as close to the base as possible and going commando. Followed up with three 10 minute sessions in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words]...max pressure+. Saturday morning is measuring day, tick...tick...tick
