This varies so much from Brother to Brother. I have heard of temp. expansion of .25" all the way up to 1"+. The difference in temp gains I believe are in the actual exercises used. I believe it is the super-set scenario that makes all the difference.

I'm pretty much packed in the cylinder, which limits my girth expansion, but I'd say immediately post-workout, I'm 7.25" and after a few hours it settles back to 7".

My main goal is getting to 8.50" BPEL and maybe dropping a few pounds and hopefully reduce my fatpad...flaccid is over 6" but doesn't look all that impressive to me due to me being taller and carrying about 25# too much :)

Alright, from the look of things, I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. All is well. But tonight, I will try a different exercise like jelq or something else and see if there is a difference in my expansion

For some reason girth was much easier for me to attain (and the first inch of length seemed a breeze, as well) it's the last few cm's that are the most stubborn.

One thing I've always done that seemed to assist was changing things up...always trying to keep my d!ck guessing, but employing as much intensity as I could withstand. Maybe give that a go

I will try doing jelq and other exercises tonight and see if there will be a change. I will also do 8 reps of 6 minutes pumping set too. let me try something totally different and see how it goes.

'long time PEer, 1st time hanger'...started slowly with an empty half-gallon milk carton. filled it half-way and didn't feel much of a 'stretch' then topped the jug off and I could feel a little pull (but nothing like mt [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] sessions). I looked-up how much a half-gallon of water weighs and it's only about 4lbs...no wonder I didn't feel anything. I tried to find an old weight lifting set I used to have, but came-up empty (she, who shall remain nameless probably pitched it before I had a chance to pitch her, lol). I'll have to McGyver myself an appropriate apparatus that's water-proof (oh, did I mention I did this in the shower?) that can hold 10 or so pounds. I used the bundle chamber of my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and used the yellow theraband as a wrap (did anyone mention that it hurts to remove, like an oversized band-aid on your junk?). I can see this becoming a part of my daily routine...fits my lifestyle (soaking in the shower watching my favorite videos on my tablet, hangin' away). Once I have this perfected, I'll make a full report

Yeah if youve been doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] workouts, 4 pounds is too low for starting weight. Around 10-15 is more appropriate, however dont be fooled it may seem light at first but as you get closer to that 20 min mark it gets tougher. And if it didnt then you should increase the weight. It should not be easy.

I used to daisy chain milk jugs, now I have 7.5 lb plates which make it hard to increase weight. With the water bottles I would just fill up a little but more etc. But then they take up a lot of space....

Hit 10-15 lbs first see how that goes.

Okay gents (and maybe that random chick lurking out there) I channeled my inner McGyver and came-up with my new hanging apparatus: The bundle chamber from my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] with a wrap of theraband (the yellow, plasticky sheet thing) and an empty container of Pub Mix (you know that 'salt-lick' of a snack designed to make you drink more beer that you get at Costco). I wanted to be able to modulate the amount of weight (and since I hang in the shower, I use water as my medium) and I also wanted the whole rig to be just a few inches from the floor in case of 'slippage' (myself and/or the rig). I'm guesstimating that I had that container around 2/3 full which would represent about 8lbs...did this for 15 minutes two consecutive times. I definitely felt 'the pull' this time, but still not as intense as my 'normal' [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] sessions. I also experimented swinging to and fro, gotta say it felt pretty kewl. I think this will be a part of my daily ritual for the next few weeks, adding water until I hit 15 lbs...then I'll need to devise a new vessel, lol

This sounds good! My last couple of hanging sets have been done bundled and swung. This gives an excellent pull on the ligs.
As for the weight I'm sure you will hit 15 lbs before you know it. The lenghtmaster conditions the feck out of your unit. I'm sticking with 10kg ( 23 lbs ) for now but I already know ill have to move up soon. I need to buy some 1kg plates to add and keep things progressive rather than the 2.5kg jumps I've made so far.

So you want to shake things up? I would find a different exercise than the jelq, the jelq is a very rudimentary and there are many girth exercises that are better. Here are some ideas.
