Yeah 225 at 6'1 is not bad, depends on your muscle mass too. You might be a pudgy dude but doubt you look as fat as I thought you were. Cause you used to talk about a 2" fatpad or something like that. I really doubt you got full 2" fatpad at 225 unless your muscle mas is almost not existant and you are in fact a pudgy motherfucker.

I've found that my success rate in virtually everything is in direct proportion to my enjoyment...I dig PE, golf, ice cream and food. Throwing-in some fun 'activities' also help with cardio and pelvic health, but getting some real work-out time is definitely something I'll be doing more of.

When pumping, I go extreme during the third set and when it's time for the 4th set which is the last set, I go totally extreme. Should I do the hardcore stretches as a 5th pumping set for 10 minutes? Lastly, how is the lazy man hardcore stretches done? Is it by pulling the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] outward only? What other manual exercise are you doing apart from the lazy man hardcore stretches? On the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] harcore stretches thread, dld said we should take the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]comfort pad[/words] off when trying to do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches, I don't know if the biting feeling from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] extreme will be good.
