I'm considering adding hanging to my routine, as I sit at my computer most mornings and could easily incorporate it, (I've just never done it before, so another skill to learn :))

Perhaps 5-8 lbs?

I'm shooting for 9" BPEL and keeping my MSEG as is...and dropping a few lb's :)

Weight Loss? I never knew you were overweight, what are your goals and what are you doing?

Fortunately I carry weight 'all-over' and my musculature is really dense, but I could stand to drop 10-15 pounds. At 6'1" and (currently) 225# my 8" friend doesn't look all that impressive to me, perhaps at 210# my 1.50" fatpad would reduce a touch and expose some more 'meat' :) I currently play golf 2-3 times per week (walking/carrying my bag @ 30#'s), walk my dog at least 3 times a day for about a mile and religiously do 15 push-ups every morning before my morning shower. My main downfall are sweets (mainly ice cream) and carbs (mostly pasta). I have longevity in my family (3 of my 4 grandparents lived to see 90 or later, the one exception being shot over a gamboling dispute, lol) so I have at least another 35+ years to make sure I take care of myself...by then I may catch-up to you and 7 wants 10.
One note as I age...I thinks it's important to always have something to look forward to, an event a tournament, anything really...it keeps a person from becoming stagnant

I wish I had the 'all over' issue. If I could shift weight from my upper half down to my bottom half I would be straight! I really need help with building bigger legs and butt.
 
I've always had a bubble out back, (black girls are always asking me, 'baby you mixed?') and wide shoulders, so 225# doesn't look 'out-of-shape' fortunately, but I can feel the extra poundage toward the end of a round...and your legs are the most important part of the golf swing :)
