just a quick update (essentially doing the same [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]/LM routine for a while now) I've been hitting 8.50"-8.75" in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] consistently now for at least a month or two, so I'm very confident my BPEL is at (or very close) to 8". 8X7 was the initial goal, but it seems that 9X7 would have more symmetry...time to reassess and possibly shake-up the program!

Yep...maybe a millimeter or two more. It seemed like I was going to be stuck at 7.75"-7.875" forever, but I kept at it and increased intensity as much as I could possibly stand w/out causing problems (know your limit, stay within in it :)). Now I can see 8.50" being attainable.
