Hey guys!

So i have been outta the game for a while now... just got back into it about a month ago...

I'm doing a VERY brief routine... keeping it simple and daily so it's easy to follow... that seems to work best for me... esp. in terms of keeping u motivation and consistency which is KEY!

Right now i'm doing just 20-25 mins hanging.(went from 5-11 lbs) followed by some clamping with a cable clamp or 2.

In a month i've went from about 6.8 to 7.0 in length and 4.75 to 5.0(at the smallest point) in girth...

not too much but i'm alright with a slow gradual build up, as my girlfriend already complains...:P

I'm thinking longterm i'd like to have 9-10 x 6-7... within the next year i'd be happy with 8x6 anything more being the icing on the cake! :)

So as of now i'm sitting at 7"x5"...

I figure I've done the all out method before... tons of jelqing and clamping... hanging for HOURS a day... and not seen allot of results in a short period of time. I.E. 1 month... SO, I've decided to make it a more gradual routine, so this way I'll be able to do it for months or years and make slow steady gains... the routine is enjoyable so it's not really a chore...

IF by this time next year I'm over 8 inches and over 5.5 I'll be thrilled!

Typically how long do people here clamp for good girth results? sets of say 5-10 mins?
 
I don't clamp myself. I have one helluvula grip. I gained .25 in girth midshaft and a few cm peppered call through out my dick in different places in less then two months.

There is a clamper section. Look under the thread catagorys for it. They know about clamping. I've never done it. Personally I'm scared I'll blow up my cock or injure myself so bad that I have to quit P.E. for good.

I don't know if you clamp already but I've read on here some horror stories about clamping.


Yeah man a inch of length in a year is kool 8x5.5 is good.

I'm 7 x5.25 going for 7x5.5.
I'm only working on girth.
 
I tend to be very very gradual with my clamping... i slowly work my way up to a maximum pump...

I've upped my clamping from 1 10 minute set to 2 10 minute sets. Feels good so far.

I honestly don't care too too much about length... girth IMO is much more important. sure length looks good. but girth is more "functional". I'd only want 10 inches because i think a girth of 6-7 inches would look funny otherwise haha.
 
Just an update... I'm in the middle of my second month... and I've worked my way up to 20 lbs... This weight is very comfortable still.. and I would NOT be this high had it not been... i started at 2.5 lbs very very light... Still only 1 set... followed by clamping... i am pretty sure I'm going to pleased by results when i re-measure.

I am to understand everyone's tissues are a little bit different. and some people see NO results until they reach over 30 lbs! and then all of their dreams come true! lol

We'll see!
 
been a month since last check in... measured this morning. 7.2 by 5.0 is the new measurement... perhaps will have to play a little bit with the girth work but the length seems to be coming nicely :) maybe more clamping? thoughts?
 
Interesting. I have been wondering about this. I am still making good gains wit
stretching and jelging so I will be with that until i stop gaining.

HAve you had gains in the past or is just until the recent restart?
 
so...to recap...you are 7.2X5.0", and you want 8.0X5.5"? don't get me wrong,respectable goal, similar to mine. yet you said your gf is already complaining... you do realize that SHE is the one using it, right? and i don't doubt a woman's ability to be equally displeased with a too small penis or a too big penis. at least she doesn't have to feel tearing with the too small one. i'm just saying maybe you should feel out her position before commencing to become a penile giant. it wold suck to be stuck with something so huge that no one wants it. i've heard WAY more recounts of "he was too big" than "he was too small".

not to bash pe, or you, or anyone on this site (as i'm on it, too), but just a thought.
 
well in terms of the length yes in some positions she complains it is too deep but most positons she can handle me very easily... depends on her level of arousal and her mood etc... in terms of girrrth i'd say i could easily get up to say 5.5-6.0 without any issues at all.

i'd say my goal is more like 8.0 nbp by say 6.0 girth... right now im something like 1 inch short/thin.

i havent ventrued to ask her if she's noticed a difference BUT she has complained upon entry a few times recently... so im not sure??

i suppose it makes sense to ask...

at the same time she says she has had one penis muchbigger than mine only once... doesn't remember how much bigger at this point in time but still, if she's handled a bigger dick before im sure she could adapt?

i have had gains in the past but not like this i don't think... couldn't be 100% sure though! if i continue to gain say .2 inches a month i'll hit my goals very very quickly!! like i said tho it's no race for me:)
 
so i've been steadily increasing the weight going only be fatigue levels.. and for the most part i stayed at each weight for about 6-7 consecutive workouts.. however at 22.5 lbs i seem to have found the fatigue much more pronounced in both the internal structures and the skin itself and i will probably stay here for another few weeks.
 
i've taken a few days off here and there following a few days on, also cut off the clamping at the end of the session i will resume the clamping soon though!!

i am now comfortably hanging with 22.5 lbs!

i heard a lig pop today.. well more so felt it.. i was pulling down manually to test the hanger comfort level and felt a pleasing pop... i know there is no proof that this is a good thing but i figure atleast i know after having heard that i am deforming the tissues to some extent!

i am going to continue with this weight probably atleast for another week or so, been with it a month now... it's finally feeling like it's time to move up!

every little bit of progress is good in my books!

Think i'm on my way! i can hang easily and comofortably with 22.5 lbs and i'm going to move up to 25 lbs in the next 3 days or so!! feels good! The way i look at it as long as i am continually increasing the weight anf stretch the tissue should continue to deform and lengthen :) BEAUTIFUL! 9 inches HERE I COME!!!!!!!!
 
so i measured again... i appear to be about 7.3 inches... kind of annoyed that i have no gained more however considering i had a lot of issues with getting the wrap right and so on and being able to hang comfortably with 22.5 lbs it's inderstandable...

ALSO i cut out the clamping completely for the last 2-3 weeks of the month so i maye have gained more? im not sure...

anyways, i'm at 25 lbs and hanging very very comfrtabley with it..!

as long as i can continue to gain.1-.2 inches per month i'll be thrilled! :)
 
feeling really good hanging with 25 lbs now...! if my gains keep up in this fashion i should be over 8 inches in less than 6 months!! :) i've decided i'd go striclty for length first then switch for girth after i'm happy with the length (which will be over 9 inches bpel).. as girth seems to come with hanging. particularly at the base... where i find it to be most important. atleast while i'm 7.3-4 inches.

i'm 7.3 inches now and i feel sooo small... i need atleast another inch to feel satisfied!!! i'll keep Penis Enlargementing for like i think even if it;s minimal... builds my confidence...! LOVE IT
