So i have been outta the game for a while now... just got back into it about a month ago...
I'm doing a VERY brief routine... keeping it simple and daily so it's easy to follow... that seems to work best for me... esp. in terms of keeping u motivation and consistency which is KEY!
Right now i'm doing just 20-25 mins hanging.(went from 5-11 lbs) followed by some clamping with a cable clamp or 2.
In a month i've went from about 6.8 to 7.0 in length and 4.75 to 5.0(at the smallest point) in girth...
not too much but i'm alright with a slow gradual build up, as my girlfriend already complains...
I'm thinking longterm i'd like to have 9-10 x 6-7... within the next year i'd be happy with 8x6 anything more being the icing on the cake!
So as of now i'm sitting at 7"x5"...
