I think clamping has brought out my base girth. I say brought out because i try to clamp as low as possible, and then push it even lower, before kegeling blood in and trapping it at the base. This kind of pulls on the base as well as constricting the blood.

Do PE if you haven't been doing it. Focus on length work first. Length master is the main device that brings the most girth gains at the base. It's a length device but it brings base girth very quick.

Once you smash your length goal, switch forcus to girth work. You are going to become a monster.

This is a very good option for those who do not have a lot of time. Plus the sole focus on one or the other. Will help us concentrate more on that goal. So I am all for splitting up routines, making them lighter and easier to follow. We want you here, training not at home, complaining. Settle in for a marathon and be prepared for ups and downs. But if you stick with it, in the end, you will be very, very happy.
