Ok anyone had this problem???

I've started using my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster pro[/words] again I used it for 2 days straight at really high tension for 3 hrs plus each day on the third day I rested and my erection was so bad and small,my penis feels harder then before as well.

It's just overtraining isn't it? Should I not be so aggressive the next time I use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? Or keep it up and try and get some sort of deformation in the tuncia?

Yes, over training it is. Depending upon individual conditioning, there is a point with any PE, that can cause a degradation in Erection Quality.
In my first year of extending, I said 'not a problem' and just extended a lot. On other years, I backed off to just do maintenance extending.

You get to decide what side effects (EQ) you will tolerate in pursuing your goal. Some times you can modify things and see how that goes.

I love my PPro, but I can't do more than 90 minutes or I get a lot of edema in the frenulum area. I can wear longer that 90 minutes if I reduce the grams of tension.

This sounds like fatigue and that is just where you want to be when stretching. I would work through it and take advantage of the fatigue to bring new length gains. After aggressive sessions it is normal for some shrinkage and hardening of the tunica, this is part of the fatigue state. With length work sometimes it can seem counter productive due to how tired the penis becomes but it is really a good thing.

today I still feel a little fatigue and my flaccid stretch looks long,so now I'm back into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at high tension for about 2 hrs tonight.
Plus some manuals

jelq is only the option for good EQ

No, all girth work goes to build eq in addition to kegels. Sometimes too much girth work will hurt eq temporarily but in the end it benefits it. Jelqing is a great way to increase eq but there are other methods.

Try to keep it warm and relaxed, sounds like you overdid it a little bit
 
As DLD and others stated, this sounds a lot like fatigue to me. Do you already do a kegel routine? Maybe try that out while continuing to extend and see if it helps. If not try what master_mind said and try a short jelq routine (if you don't already do one) and see if that helps.

I would say don't give up on extending that quickly, first try the options I mentioned above and see if that helps, AND THEN scale your extending back if you are still having trouble.
