I'm 24 years old, 5'7" tall, 157lbs. My current stats are 7-1/2" FSBP, 7-3/8" ELBP, 6.5" NBPenis EnlargementL, 5-3/4" girth mid shaft closer to the glans. I've been in the know about Penis Enlargement since I was 19. I didn't practice seriously until about 3 years ago and only stayed with it for about a year to a year and a half. I was very lazy and unroutine about my routine but I gained well for what I put in. Now I'm single and ready to put more time into Penis Enlargement and attain my goal of 9"x6.25", that's NBP btw. My short term goals are Bone Pressed listed in my sig.

Well after about 5 days of conditioning I feel I'm ready to get a lil more intense in my routine. Initially I got a lot of red spots the first day I worked out, but they went away the next day and haven't come back...A gentle glans massage and pancake shaft massage between sets seems to go a long way. I don't do wraps, never really have, but I normally take a hot shower before my workout and let the water warm up the tissue's before working out.

Well here's the new routine:

Increment Squeeze's:
I started doing this excercise in June 2003, it's a sort of modified Horse Squeeze. Do everything up to the tourniquette, but then I squeeze with my pointer/middle and thumb all along the shaft, 10 seconds per squeeze. The pressure doesn't have to be hard on the squeeze as the slightest pressure is intense. You can squeeze top and bottom, or from the side's...whatever works for you. After the set you'll be pumped and sore as hell.

1 set will include five squeeze's at different points of the shaft, 10 second holds. I'm doing 3 sets for now since it's killing me at the moment, but a good killing...if there is a good killing ?:(

I just made a Wench the other day, thanks Captn ;) I started hanging 5 lbs. I'm going to be doing at least 3 20 minute straight down sets, more if time allows.

that's it for now and I hope to report gains progress soon, once I feel more ready I'll start tackling some more excercise's.

Wow! Just hung for 3 sets today 20 minute's a piece with about 10-20minute's of rest between sets. My base is burning right now, I don't think I've ever felt stretch like that ever. The way this feels gains shouldn't take long to show their face.

Did some IS's but not heavily into it today, I think I may step up the hold to 15sec per squeeze. I'm focusing more on length at the moment as my girth doesn't really concern me right now.

I think I'm going to start doing some testicle stretching too. If anything I'll do some Testy work in the shower for now. As I am they're creeped up my shaft slightly and I'd like to get a lower hang.

going to the gym now to get a full body workout.

Well I'm hanging again today and I think my ligs are getting extremely fatigued by set 3, I'm gonna cut down to 2.5lbs at set 3 and let it hang. I've never felt stretch like this hanging is amazing.

I started reading more on the site today and getting more into everyone's theories and I came up with my own. I'm going to test it thru this progress thread. I think the penis grows, but we limit it by doing the same thing over and over. I believe we need to train in 1 direction until we see about 80-90% of the gains we can see from that direction at that time, I'm going to try 1 month in each direction. I think the problem with stretching is you can only stretch in one direction until the equal opposite portion of the penis become's a limiting factor. I believe BTC stretching stretches the top side of the penis, at least that's where I feel the stretch. So what I think happens is we are stretching against the opposite side, once we get as much length as possible from that side the opposite side needs to be stretched in order to make gains from the beginning side. so If I hang BTC for 1 month and pull off 1/4" in gains, theoretically. I should stretch the opposite angle, OTS for the next month to even out the gains. I don't believe different angle's should be mixed during a training period, as I'm testing now 1 month isa training period. From the theory that the penis needs to be worked to fatigue and continued to be worked when fatigued to make gains. I believe that working the one direction for a set period of time without any other directions will lead to the fastest gains, then working the opposite direction to make the same gains or more at the same rate. I would then work the ajoining opposing angle's to get a 100% equal and full stretch on the penis. I think continual change by period will lead to the fastest gains possible instead of working all angle's in each session.

To try to make myself a little clearer I'm going to try to explain. Say you are stretch BTC, and it's stretching the top of the penis, but it's acting against a sort of fulcrum on the bottom of the penis. Once you make the top of the penis long enough not to work on this fulcrum you lose the effective stretch you were getting. Now you hit the bottom of the Penis with SU/OTS excercises and you should be able to double the gains on the next stretch period, stretching the bottom part of the penis as much as the top of the penis and then making the same gains as the top of the penis based on the new fulcrum point. So when you stretch BTC you are hitting the top of the penis 100% at first, as you make gains you lose some of the stretch to the bottom because the tops length increases and allows some stretch to the bottom. The key to getting the best gains is trying to keep hitting the ttargeted side with the highest percentage of force. So when you're only hitting the targeted side with about 60% of force it would be good to switch to the opposite side. With the extra length/slack on that side, it should allow for a 100% stretch on the newly targeted opposie side.

I don't know if that make's sense, and if I'm not making it clear please ask questions and I will try to explain.

Well I took 2 days off hanging, only because my schedule didn't allow time for it. I hung for about 3 20min sets Monday and 2 20min sets yesterday. Got home late yesterday and went to the gym at 8, by the time I ate and showered it was like 10 so I hung 2 sets and went to sleep. I'm gonna get 4 sets of 20min hangs in tonite and keep up the 4 sets per nite routine. I might break out the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] and put that on after hanging on a light setting just to keep things stretched out for a while.

I've also changed my test period on my theory. Gonna do 12 weeks per direction or until I stop feeling the stretch.
 
Well this is bad, I got sidetracked for a couple days and didn't hang. Well I'm back and I'm going to make my best attempt to hang daily for at least 3 20minute sets. I've also added 300 slow 2 second jelqs to the occasion after my shower, this way I can use lotion then just jump back in the shower and rinse off. I wanna get over 6" girth asap, with a vengence...so watch out April I'm making a big gain no matter what...dick and muscles. I've been sticking very well to my gym workouts and have already seen a growth of 3/8" in my arms, measured 7 days after arm workout and 2 days after last workout...so I think it's safe to say it was a gain, probably just muscle memory and I hope there's a lot more where that come's from. Goals as far as muscle's are 16" arms, 12.5-13" forearms, 44" chest, and an inch or 2 to my thighs and calves. I also met some new girls to hang out with, and found a few houses to look at...Life is Good
 
Hung tonight for 2 sets of 20min, guess it's better than nothing, 2nd set was burning with 5lbs so I cut it down to 2.5. The 300 2 sec jelqs are really showing fast, I was 5-5/8-5-3/4" erect, but now I'm getting much firmer erections, and after my workout I was a tad over 6" girth and not fully hard :eek: I've always known my girth grows fast but I was afraid being too girthy might hinder my length gains. Well now I say f*ck it, I'm going for 6.5" of girth and I'm gonna work hard for it. I do my girth work fresh out of the shower with some lotion this way I can jump back in and rinse off after I'm done. I'm gonna make my April 1st goal 7.75" ELBP and 6" EG, i figure a 1/4" either way is a good start, hell if I can do it I could be 10" by this time next year...that would be f*ckin [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words].
 
Well I've been keeping up with my 300 jelqs post shower, I'm noticing a much more noticeable flaccid hang since starting this. I can feel my penis moving around on my left thigh when I walk, pretty cool. After reading Dash's thread on Hardcore hanging I'm going to try a different hanging routine which should be more convenient for me, I'm going to hang for 20min in the morning when I wake up, then 20 min when I get home from work, then another 20min before I go to bed. I moved up to 7.5lbs today and was not at all uncomfortable. I think I'll try 10lbs next week. Post workout my girth was slightly over 6" in a semi flaccid state, but I think some of that was just fluid build up...none the less it looks good post workout. My 300 jelqs are taking me about 8-10 minute's to do post shower, doing this at home so stealth is kind of a concern.
 
Well I had a very intense jelq session today and think I had my first encounter with fluid buildup, see the boo-boo's and band-aids forum. Didn't hang this morning due to waking up late for work, and didn't hang when I got home either. Gonna get in 1 set of 20min BTC hanging before bed and then a set in the morning when I wake-up...and get back into the routine. Still working toward my goal, girth is definitely improving as well as a very noticeable change in flaccid hang. After my 300 jelqs I've been doing some different squeeze's and ULI's trying to capatilize on the broken down tissue. Also noticing much more firm erections and a fuller head when erect.
 
Well I've come to change my routine a lil bit again, it's like a learning curve. I'm going to be doing 5 days on 2 days off on girth work, it seems after 5 days of hard girth work my penis is too fatigued to get a good workout, but after 2 days rest the workouts feel much more intense. I haven't been hanging lately, I will continue hanging after I reach my girth goal of 6.25", at the rate of growth I'm seeing I should be hanging by the 1st or 2nd week of June.
 
Well I posted my new stats in my sig, as well as my new May 1st goals. Missed my April 1st goals by 1/8" IN BPenis EnlargementL and EG...but I gained so that's all that matters.

Been a lil sporadic with the workouts lately, mainly due to a lot more time out, and more women friends. Still Focusing on girth for now...if length gains come I'll take them but I wanna get to 6" EG asap.
