If this truly works, it would have been very popular by now. It's best to do PE the DLD way. In my country we say 'follow who know road'

It means, follow the already beaten path that has already been paved by the pack leader DLD.

Thank you.My friend.I truly appreciate it, and I do hope people follow my way. They can struggle to put a routine together.But nothing's ever gonna compare to SRT
