How do i get this?

I am pretty much addicted to pizzas (BBQ, chicken tikka ect), burgers and kebabs which has put me over the 300lb line.
also the fact that the human body is not made to eat meat
AF3;528128 said:You realize that everything you listed except kebabs is about 10-15% meat right?
The human body is not designed to eat meat when the meat itself has been fed things meat it was not designed to eat.
If you think you are gaining weight or fat because you are eating too much meat, go buy 10 lbs. of grass-fed beef and make that the only food you eat for 3 days. See how long it takes you to finish it, my guess will be longer than you think.

I love pizza and beer but you won't lose weight with them. 99% of cereal is garbage. I guess ifrakas;528448 said:I can replace the corn with another vegetable (if i can find one of the Carnifirus i actually like).
I'm limiting myself to just one loaf of wholemeal per week.
Not a chance, i love cereal for breakfast.
Rice is horribly bland.
The more overweight you are the easier it is to lose weight. As you keep dropping pounds (or stones)rakas;528148 said:That post was a good while ago, since April i've lost 23lb just from cutting out takeaways (though i still eat meat from time to time).
I honestly would'nt know where to buy such meat.
keepingitbig;528571 said:Hmm. Where's the protein? Of course YOU really don't need protein powder, It's not recommended. I still kept up with my lifts and never shrunk. It's all a mind-game. I noticed when I started eating alot more carbs than low-carbing, I've lost more weight and actually kept up my energy levels while having a calorie deficit. Plus, I still eat what I want. Gotta' find out what works for you, but protein is necessary.
MAXAMEYES;528583 said:Don't forget; your body is just one huge collection of an amazing array of proteins.
Even your bones consist mostly of a protein matrix.
Try broccoli, asparagus, green beans and spinach for veg. Cucumbers are just edible water in the shape of a cock.rakas;528877 said:Okay so i'm going to look around [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ans[/words] see what green veg i actually like (i've never tried many) but in the meantime i've made a few small changes..
