I have been a member of this site for some months now, the idea being was to read and listen to people's opinions before I decided a way forward with my Penis Enlargement goals.

I am quite overweight at the moment, so its hurting my penile health. I'm working it off quickly enough, but I also want to make some gains at the same time. At my thinnest, I was 7 x 4.5 inches. I'm going to be using CM to measure my gains here, because the divisions are smaller and I can track my progress more easily.

At the moment, i'm 15.5 x 11.5 CM. I'll be starting Penis Enlargement from tomorrow (I need vaseline to begin my jelqs)

My routine is going to be DLD's starter routine in the mornings, and then an extra session of jelqing in the evenings, with kegels. When I get used to pulling my cock about, lol, I'll do the starter routine twice a day. I'm not going for a hard, rough extension with each session, and thats why I want to increase the frequency. Thanks dude, I'm more than committed to the task right now, I've even set up various charts and logs to record my progress. I'll also comment in this log about how my weight is coming along, so this will be 2 in 1. First step is to get some vaseline today!

Had another nice session this morning. Finding it very difficult to get a good grip... my head is about 1 CM less thick than my shaft, so pulling it out is harder. I am already noticing a good change in flaccid length though, I'll be measuring tonight to see what kind of change there's been.

As far as my diet goes, I'll be starting again with the good food, attitude and exercise on Saturday (Its the day I cook). I want to be hunky for my partner, so this has to be done - Ideally by next summer. I'll post the results of my session tonight.
 
Thanks for the support there. I honestly know everything I need to do, because I've lost all this weight before... I just haven't got the determination I did then. I need a way to egg myself on, and I'm hoping by keeping this log, it will help bring me back to the straight and narrow. :)
 
wat i do for motivation is print out a bunch of quotes and post them all over my work out room. if you dont have a work out room post them all over your room. my favorite is . NEVER LOOK BACK UNLESS YOU INTEND ON GOING THAT WAY. FROM PAIN COMES STRENGTH. AND SELF PITTY IS OUR WORST ENEMY AND IF WE LET IT GET TO US WE CAN NEVER ACHIEVE ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD. :] GOOD LUCK BRO.
 
Hmm, missed 2 sessions... I'll have to do one later. I really like doing the jelqs, they're fun. I need to get into kegels as well, my PC muscle is very weak it seems.

Been noticing an instant change in flaccid length though... when I measure next its sure to be longer. I feel like its almost doubled, as I have always been a grower, not a shower lol.
 
Just did my 3rd session... still finding it really hard to get a grip on the head for the stretches. The jelqs are easy though, so at least I can keep those up.

I should be measuring tonight so I'll adjust my tickers accordingly.

I've given it a miss for this week as i've had this unexpected massive project from uni. I just dont have the time to give Penis Enlargement 2 hours of my day until after friday, but then I'll be looking at re-planning my time, because Penis Enlargement is still quite important to me. Unfortunately, Uni work has to come first.

OK, so, here's the plan.

One thing I'm great at is making plans. Not so good at following them, but positivity leads to results, so it will work this time.

The major reason I didn't stick to my former routine is that I had a mountain of uni work that I couldn't devote those 2 hours a day to Penis Enlargement. I still have lots of work, but reanalysing my course and that just isn't going to change. So, as I want a thicker 8 incher by June, I'm going to just try my best to work smarter and harder.

I've also had the benefit of timing how long each exercise is going to take me. Until Christmas, I'll be doing basic newbie stuff, as follows:

In the morning, 3x 30 second sets of out, up, down, left and right pulling stretches (difficult to get a grip, but I think it will help if I get myself softer first)

Then 3 x 100 Jelqs, and a set of Kegels (50 x short pulses, 10 x 15 second holds). There aint no way I can do a whole minute yet, my PC muscle is really weak.

At lunchtime I do the kegels again, and again at teatime.

In the evening before bed I repeat the stretches, jelqs and kegels again.

So, the principle behind this is not to use massive amounts of force, but to build up my ability. Take for example the analogy of weight training. This is not training to build muscle, this is training for endurance, [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words]. This is focusing on repeats and not weight/force.

I'm hoping that such an approach will improve the blood flow to my penis greatly; constantly being worked out rather than the occasional outing should give good results.

good luck with your plan of action. im doing the exact opposite Penis Enlargement'ing 2 hours a day that 2 days off. Plan on doing it for a couple of weeks and see where it takes me, let you know.
 
Going well, had to do some rearranging of what I do when, basically just move about the exercise and the later session. I found that after I showered I suffered from "penis in water" syndrome and had difficulty getting to semi without the aid of adult entertainment, which is dangerous. lol.

I now have a good 3 hours to dry off and renormalise. If anything I seem to be a little less hard when erect, but I'm shooting further and more. I hope that's the short term impact of kegeling.

Left to do today is 2 sessions of kegels, another session of stretches and jelqs this evening.

Exercise isn't going too bad, lost 2 kg since I last measured, but since I haven't updated the ticker in all those fluctuations, that reads to an overall loss of 2 lbs. Thats still something though. One day I may post my progress charts so you can all see how I'm monitoring.

Hello everyone,

after another failure to do anything significant with stretching using my hands, I decided to try and switch to a hanging routine. I've tried hanging before, and it always left me with extra length for a day maybe, but after that would return to normal.

Obviously hanging works for some, so this is what I'm going to try instead of stretching exercises. I'll do it before my girth routine so I can immediately restore bloodflow as is recommended. I've constructed myself a hanger using old plastic wires and a small milk bottle. This is what I used before and it proved comfortable and effective.

I'm using it now with minimal water in it, and it feels fine. I shall try and make it 2x 20 mins per day with minimal weight to start, maybe 2lbs if that.
 
Just bought myself a Zinger II from ebay - I was hoping for a ROP but I got no answers to my thread. I want to take advantage of it for as long as possible, so i'll give this one a go and see how I do. It seems to be mass produced so the build quality should be good.
 
dunno if it's magnetic, but it induces a small electric current across your junk. Its supposed to increase bloodflow to reduce healing times, which in turn makes Penis Enlargement take less time.

I've been doing research during today regarding hanging. Initially this approach will be fine, as it wont be any significant weight, but I have concluded that I will need to hang from the midshaft.

I attempted to make my own hanger but a simple cloth style clamp isn't working for me. I expected the tightness to retain the position on my midshaft, but it seems I have very lose skin around the whole area.

I'm convinced the only way to get around this is to effectively "clamp" onto the mass, rather than slide along it. I've ordered a Bib hanger and hopefully I'll get that in a month.

Until then, the low weight head-flare only approach should be a significant workout without causing too much adverse damage.
 
Still not had it delivered yet dude. Also waiting on a BIB hanger as my temporary hanging solution won't do for me much longer... it gets uncomfortable.

It's easy to lose weight. Buy a copy of south beach diet book and change your eating habits for a while.

I was overweight for a while at 6'2" and 210 pounds. Then I started riding a bike everywhere. Not a good bike either. An old three speed from the sixties. Totally uncool and hard to ride.

I have dropped 30 pounds. My lower back and legs are really strong. So strong that the other day I was messing around with my girl in a chair and decided the chair wasn't working. I was on my knees in front of her and I just slid her off the chair onto my pole and then stood up with her on it and carried her to the bedroom thrusting her all the way. She loved it.

Do you think you use food as a way to pacify some kind of need, be it emotional or whatever? I know when I get bored I look at the fridge.

I only suggested that getting a bike would be good because it's fun to ride around. I can't do "excerise" because it seems like work and has to be scheduled into my life. Biking is just fun and how I go from A to B.

Sometimes thinking of walking to the conveneince store seems like a hassle, now that I ride I look forward to getting on my fine steed and cruising.

Good luck and keep posting your weight losses as well as your Penis Enlargement gains. I think all of this self esteem stuff is very useful for other people to read about.
