Today I made a new high for hanging weight: 42 pounds for 15 minutes and then another 5 minutes at 50 pounds. My flaccid hang looks so much longer than even 2 months! The wife seems a lot more focused on the length and has made several references to me having a long penis. She is not one to say much about sexual things but it is clear that she has noticed the increase.
 
I can't imagine how your dick can support that. For me 10 pounds is comfortable, 15 feels heavy, and 20 feels like 1000. How far up the shaft do you place the hanger?? You must leave lots of bundled up dick at the bottom to support all that weight. Likewise you must have to tighten your hanger with a wrench or something to get it tight enough. amazing
 
I too would like to know what you have gained from hanging. I hung for awhile but didn't seem to gain anything. I was only up to 20#. Have been thinking of hanging again but would like to hear from some who have gained from it. Do you think that hanging makes your penis thinner? GS
 
Holy shit! 50 pounds sounds unbelievable.I´m on this hardcore hanging routine myself and I was able to increase weight from about 20 pounds to 30 pounds.
I hang 4 sets of 15 minutes with a little over 30 pounds right now and it feels really heavy.I can´t even imagine what it feels like to hang 50 pounds from my dick.
Well,I´ll see in the future!
But somethings going on down there.Flaccid size is really huge since starting this 1.5 months ago and girth definetely has increased.Last measurement I could see an almost 0.25 inch increase in EL,but I measure again in 2 weeks to be sure.
For me,hardcore hanging is the way to go.Thanx for the invention,Dashdeming!
 
I use a hanger that I built myself that has a little more contact area than most other hangers that I know of. Also, the padding in my hanger is little more hardy and stiff so it can take the higher weight. I have gained over 2 1/2" with hanging and have gotten thicker. I do some jelking every day too but I don't believe hanging makes a penis thinner at least not mine. You simply have to develop the right techniques for wrapping, hanger placement and so forth and you have to slowly condition your body to take the weight. I don't measure too often but there is no doubt that my penis is looking and feeling longer both flacid and erect. I come out of the hanger and get erect as a reaction to the hanging which is a strange but welcome thing. Be safe guys!

Red, I have never really thought about producing this hanger really. I think the hanger that Bib makes is pretty good and looks sharp too and I own a couple. My hanger has a little more contact area and will take a little mora weight without slippage. If my penis glans were bigger I think the bib version would work better on me.
 
Are you using one angle only or are you changing them, do you do only short sessions now or do you mix it up with longer less weight workouts, hopefully you can keep us up to date with your progress.

I the angles from straight out to straight down. With weights as high as 50 pounds I can promise you that I am stretching skin, tunica and ligs thoroughly.

I will put you on the list guys but I strongly recommend you guys check out a bib hanger. Bib makes a good product and he will be WAY quicker and much more reasonable with the price since he has a production setup. Anyway, I will get to it if you guys are patient. - Dash
 
Damn, if your dick doesn't get bigger from hanging 50lbs of it then you might as well give up Penis Enlargement cuz no amount of manual stretching is gonna do it. I've hung 30lbs using a Bib hanger, but had to tighten it too much to prevent slipping. I would never try hanging 50lbs with my Bib hanger.

I already own the excellent Bib Hanger - but I can't see myself hanging more than my present 20-25 pounds (Maybe 30-35 pounds, but no more)pounds from this. I hope I can hang more from your design.

Yes it seems insane, but I ask you: How the fuck can a dick not get longer when you are hanging 50 pounds from it every day? Yep, I expect to make my 10" goal.
 
50 pounds? Damn! I regularly hang with 20 pound dumbbell. I never even thought about eventually hanging the other one from my dick. I have been stuck at 1.5 inch gain for the longest. Maybe I need to up the weight.

You probably need to up the weight or the time. Or make a change to manual stretching for a few weeks even.

The most I consistantly hung with, as my max weight, was 45 lbs. I did test the hangers at 60 lbs, but that was not for full 20 minute sets, and I was not trying to gain at that time.

I agree with Dash that this is a tricky thing to do. You must condition your soft tissues to be able to withstand this amount of stress. Also, the more weight, the easier it is to become injured. You must work up in weight slowly, over time, even if it is only for a set or two.

I am hanging at 35 pounds right now for 10 minutes when my unit is fully rested, then I keep dropping the weight down by 2.5 pounds until I have a good hour of hanging in. At that point things are pretty fatigued. Also the day after a hanging session I will do 5 minutes at 35, 5 at 32.5, etc. etc. until I can do a particular weight at 10 minutes and then go down from there and try and get a good hour in as well. Basically, I just go by fatigue and don't worry so much about the actual weight.

I don't think I will go over 35 pounds, but that probably won't be for a while anyways since it takes a good month at least of constant hanging for me to be able to add on 2.5 pounds to my max weight.
 
Please add me to the list, Dash. I own two Bib hangers, but have recently been having problems with them since I upped my weight to 25 lbs. Sounds like you ran into similar problems. I'd be eager to try a different type of hanger.

First, 25 lbs is a lot of weight. What problems are you having with the hangers. Perhaps I can help you with it.

I agree. I don't know of a better hanger in production than the Bib hangers and it is a matter of setting them up correctly along with a good wrap technique to get the most out of them.
 
I'm also extremely plased with my Bib Starter - all though my girth beginning to cause slight problems - I'm simply beginning to have trouble with the edges of the Starter - maybe it's time for me to go with the original Bib Hanger - for bigger guys :s

I'm slowly closing in on my part goal of erect 6,5" girth and in my flaccid state my girth is 5"-5,5" at the middle and this - at least I think - is the most girth you can have when using the Bib Starter.

How far out do you have the adjustment hex nuts. You can put them out a long way, then push down your shaft before tightening, getting the shaft as deep as possible in the shaft well.

I am also 6.5 inches in the upper shaft. When testing the Starter, I had to wrap a smidge tighter, and open the adjustments a good bit, and push down on the shaft before, and while tightening. But it can be done.

OK, I'll try to push my shaft deep before tightening the hex nuts - maybe I'll have to be more precise when mounting my Starter - you know it's beginning to be just a matter of quick routine mounting it now.

I may have to concentrate better when mounting the starter on my shaft.
I might also look at the way I wrap - I wrap 4-5 times around my penis - and this has worked perfectly up until now.

Maybe If I wrap 1 round less the pressure on my girth will diminish.

That is a good bit of wrap. Do you mean 4-5 times, spiraling down? Or 4-5 layers? If the later, that is a good bit of wrap, and cutting down will help you get further down in the shaft well.

Nope, I was made to stop by Mrs Bib long long ago. I hang very seldom when trying to duplicate a problem a guy is having. Trying to work out another guys problems. But usually no more than 1-2 sets every couple months.

10.5 x 6.5-7. Last time I checked, it was still there. I occasionally jelq for the circulation benefits, maybe twice per week for 30 minutes. That's it.

I wonder, Bib, how you could force yourself to hang every single day for that long ?

I'm trying to push myself to hang 5 days a week - but if I have to go to a dinner with friends or have friends visit me in the evening - I can not hang that day.

Usually this happens once a week - so actually I don't hang 5 times a week, but more likely 4 times a week. I also hang once in a while on Sundays (which normally is my rest day)
My girlfriend is helping me a lot - she actually reminds me of hanging, when I forget to mount the hanger - would not think I would make it without her :s

She dreams of me being 10+" long and 7,5" girth - and so do I :P

When in the shower in the morning, she pretty often comes into the shower and helps me with my manual jelq exercises. Not just milking me og jerking it off, but seriously jelq'ing me hard and very slowly.
I usually use the powerjelq'er when I'm on the toilet in the morning, and after that I manual jelq in the shower - and I think it's pretty amusing that my girlfriend enters the shower almost every day and helps me with my Jelq Routine - she has really strong hands and jelq very committed and hard - I can really feel it after wards.

If you hang 4-5 hours a day, you have to take it on and off several times a day - you really must have worked your ass off, Bib - WOW BIB - I really admire your dedication, Bib.

I hope I can work up the same commitment and dedication to Penis Enlargement as you have/had.

First, I never had to force myself to hang at all. Second, it was not every single day. I usually hung from 7:30-4:30 every weekday. Then, maybe 1-3 sets each day on the weekend. But sometimes nothing on the weekend.

For the heavy, weekday work, I just made it into a habit, a part of the day. I work at home, and set things up to be conducive to hanging.

No, not any physical help. She did not know about it for the first few months. After I told her, she was very supportive though.

Try to get in at least ten hours per week.

No, putting it on and taking it off was no big deal. Takes a minute or so.
