I am pretty consistent with the DLD`s [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and i do 7 on 0 off, stretch very hard, feel stretched and all but the ruler doesn`t show gains. Infact sometimes i think it show a little less <:( I feel my cock is hanging lower and when i pee i see difference (especially the flacid state :O !). I divide the training to girth and length throughout the day (streching and jelquing) and everytime i am "training" i do a little more when i finish the deafault routine.

Am I overtraining ? Do I need to change something in the routine ?

I am concentrating on length, at this point i don`t need girth. My mesurements are - 6'' NBPenis EnlargementL and 6'' EG. Please give me some ideas. Longterm goal is 8'' NBPenis EnlargementL and 6'' EG. Shortterm goal - everything in length, i still need to see some proof for my own determination. Thanks
 
You may be overtraining. Also, don't measure for like 2 or 3 months, if you measure constantly you won't notice the little gains but if you wait awhile they'll add up.
 
I understand that i need to be patient, but thats 2 months ! Most of the guys make 0,5 - 1'' for the same time. I know I know everybody is different, but I am a little discouraged. I just need 2 more inches, it cant be that hard ... am i doing something wrong
 
All i can say is keep at it... you will gain eventually. Some people are blessed with soft tissues that easily deform while other with tougher tissues that require more work. The one thing that is constant is that regardless of which type of tissues you have, you can make gains if you're consistent and stay the course.

I also notice that you measure NBPenis EnlargementL... that is fine but it's also very inconsistent and hard to get consistent measurements from one day to the next. You should really measure BPenis EnlargementL to track gains. This is the most consistent way to measure because you are measuring from a fixed/immovable point (the pelvic bone) every single time. When you measure NBPenis EnlargementL, you are measuring against your fat pad which can change depending on weather you're bent over a little, standing, or sitting. BPenis EnlargementL takes all that away... There's nothing wrong with measuring NBPenis EnlargementL... i'm just saying that you should also measure BPenis EnlargementL.

yeah yeah I think you are right this NBPenis EnlargementL drives me crazy everytime I mesure it is a different story.

fast question - what will happen if I stop at this time for 10 days and then continue, I mean is it too bad ? How long approximately does it take to lose the gains ?
 
It sounds to me you are overtraining. I train only 4 or 5 days a week with one hour sessions of stretching and jelging plus kelging and piss pulls. Sometimes I'll do piss pulls 6 days a week but thats it, for me I need the extra day or two off. I have cut back abit on jelging and added more stretching, its seem my length has come somewhat faster.
 
I'd do no more than 5 workouts a week in the newbie phase. Also, don't expect .5" or more gains fast. Most people DON'T gain that much in their newbie phase, it's just that every time someone does, you hear about it because they're in such radical shock (which is rare in the Penis Enlargement community). Just keep on doing the routine and you WILL gain, that much is guaranteed. Also, don't measure too frequently, it'll disappoint and discourage you.
 
I'd say that you might consider taking off 1-2 days during the week, or reduce the total amount of work that you perform each day. If you are in need of some recovery time, at least in regards to stretching, you will notice that the feeling in the base of the penis when you pull is very dull or nonexistent. This is usually an indication that your body needs some time to regenerate some tissue to catch up with the stretches you're performing. On a similar token keep your jelqing at a moderate level, say no more than 300 reps on a one on one off routine, and see where you're at. If you're going for length gains I'd keep the girth work moderate to low. At the moment I've been jelqing every third day and I'm seeing great results as far as erection quality, as well as my stretching sessions have all of a sudden kicked into a higher gear in the last 2-3 weeks. I'm convinced that most men don't need to do as much work for their gains as has been thought and followed for so long.
 
hey coloss, I am in pretty much the exact same boat as you. I also want to gain 2 inches-ish and am just a bit smaller than you. I have nearly done 2 months and havent yet gained but they guys here tell me not to worry....patience and persitence! But I did 3 months of Penis Enlargement on another site and didnt get anything...that was from a 1 on 1 off routine (coz I thought rest would be important) then later switching to a 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off routine.
Here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] I have been trying not to take any rest days as DLD didnt rest...and also worked a hell of alot each day! Mind you today I also felt maybe I need SOME rest!?
It is pretty confusing, and when you havent seen your first increase its hard to stay motivated...just hang in there dude...we are in the same boat...we can make it thru tho man:)
I am going to keep hold of what sikdogg said...ie even if we have tougher tissue...WE CAN STILL GAIN!:)
 
In my case just an increase of my flaccid size was enough to motivate me.

In four months I gained about 0,4cm in erect lenght, but more than 1cm in flaccid. My gf realized that my flaccid is bigger than months ago and I say "it's just your eyes".
 
Personally I think some of you guys are nuts training for an hour just with stretches haha. I understand when just beginning you need to ease yourself into the more powerful stretches but I think about 15 minutes of stretching can be more than enough if the right exercises are combine with correct technique. I'd check out supra's post which pretty much sums up everything you need to know. Good luck and happy pulling ;)
 
In all seriousness I think it is pretty difficult to overtrain. I went months Penis Enlargement'ing for hours a day making incredible gains. My penis needed to become accustomed to the training but this happened very quickly. I will say that it is smarter to work the smallest amount to make the best gains but this may take "overtraining" to find that niche. I guess I feel as though all bases need to be covered in Penis Enlargement to find what works for you. Some guys train once a week and make better gains than guys who train 3 times a day. The only way for you to discover your best way to gain is to experiment leaving nothing to chance.

Penis Enlargement journaling is the best way to chart what is happening with each change in your Penis Enlargement. To be fair to yourself wait a while before changing your routine, intensity, etc.. SOme guys react too quickly to a lack of gains and make premature decisions to advance.

I see Penis Enlargement as a 4 phase plan:
1. Follow the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie routine[/words] for a month and check your gains in length using a flaccid, bone-pressed, measurement. Erect gains follow this measurement and this is the best way to see how effective your routine is. Girth takes longer to manifest so I suggest you ignore measurements it for the first few months. If you are gaining using this method there is no need to change anything.

2. If you are doing the above with no gains first try an increase in intensity and time exercising. Some guys may need to add a few more reps to make things work. Some guys may be lacking in the intensity of their work. Making these adjustments will give you a clear map of your progress at an intense level.

3. If you still are not gaining there may be an issue with your form in exercise. I highly recommend joining the members site as this will, through video, show you exactly how to do the exercises and give you the data necessary to understand the above information.

4. If you are still not gaining take some time off and start with number 1 again.


Remember, Penis Enlargement alone is impaired without motivation and belief.
 
Coloss - I am starting at the same stats as you and also interested in length gains, as my current girth is fine. Did you take a break or reduce your training? Any gains since you first posted?
 
Yeah I made 0.25 in only a month and I am "expecting" another 0.25 at the end of February :) (yeah I am greedy I know :)) . But I lost 4 months until I found what works for me ... and I was doing it all wrong. Then I took 2 weeks break and started a new routine and gained. I think these 0.25 inches actually make a big difference in the appearance of the penis, and it looks better and bigger :) . But I still need to see the 0.5 mark to believe, because I am from these guys that always think it is a miss-measurement or a stronger erection or something, so I really need to make a BIG difference to convince myself.

I don't agree with the idea that that four months was a waste of time.

I jelqed for three months at the start and didn't gain anything other than during the first week or two. My real gains kicked in during the fourth month, when I added the stretches to my jelqing routine. That doesn't mean that all those weeks of jelqing weren't necessary to lead up to my "sudden" gains in length and girth.

I agree with DLD that you need to cover all angles so that you don't miss the one that works best for you. Damn, I wish it were more scientific, but P.E. just hasn't reached that point.
