Just a quick update on my progress: watch me as I regress. I seem to be losing size now for some reason! I haven't done a length routine for a month or so (only maintenance stretching, which should have prevented the loss of size), but I would have goddamned expected to keep my gains. After all, my latest length gains from 6.6" to 7.0" happened right after my return to Penis Enlargementing this past fall (my ligs were properly deconditioned since I didn't do any length work during the summer), and even though the gains halted to a stop very quickly, I kept on tugging away to cement what I had managed to gain. In essence, there was a 2 month period of just tugging mercilessly without gaining at all, which should by all accounts have solidified my 0.4" of new length. Yet it seems I was wrong... I recently stopped doing length work to focus more on girth (I can't do both at the same time since my erections suffer horribly), and my penis has retracted to a shitty 6.7" in record breaking time. This is very disheartening to say the least.

How the fuck am I supposed to visibly enlarge my penis when I obviously can't make big gains (going on two years with good motivation.... not much has happened), and the small gains I DO make just vanish into thin air?
 
I've lost some length too (Im down to 10.2" FSL), so this is what I have decided to do. Im pretty confident about possible gains, couldnt sleep last night because my ligs were stinging like a mofo.

Step 1: Read EVERYTHING I can about Penis Enlargement to make sure you are on track. Read all the posts I can in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums and some over at thundersplace (I hate thundersplace :finger:, but they have been around for ages so there is a lot of useful info if you search for it.)

Step 2: Check my LOT to estimate if good lig gains are possible

Step 3: Come up with a new routine to shock my dick into growth.

Ive just started my new routine a few days ago. I'll be doing lig stretches (my LOT is at 8:30) and hanging daily as well as INTENSE uli's and slow squash jelqing twice a week.

Hi shafty. Are you sure that you have lost your gains? I recently had almost the same thing with my gains but worked out that it was down to erection level at the time of measuring. Now I make absolutely sure that I'm at 100% when I measure. Something like a change in diet or exersize regime could easily make those few % of erection quality disappear.

I'm sure you already know this but I'll say it anyway. Maybe take some time off. Say 2 weeks or even more. Then come back and hit it hard straight away. I got into a slump a couple of months ago where I hadn't seen any gains for about a month. Then I took 1 month off and when I came back to it I got newbie type gains. Now I'm pretty much at another plateau. I'm thinking of doing the same again. Either way good luck.

And TomdW, I'm pretty sure I've lost 0.3" permanently, since I had an unusually hard erection when I measured. I thought to myself I'd see something positive in the measurements since my boner was raging hard (for once), and the disappoinment was huge as I noticed I had actually lost some size. I know what you mean about taking some time off and then returning to reap newbie type gains, though. As I mentioned, I got such gains over a short period last fall, since I had deconditioned my ligs during the summer and the sudden return to Penis Enlargementing shocked my monkey back into growing. Still, I don't understand how I can lose 0.3" in one measily month...
 
Maybe its time you try something other than manual stretching. Hanging, or a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device may work better for you. I can just imagine how frustrated you feel right now. Good luck and don't give up!
 
Philadelph, I've tried hanging in the past, with a home made hanger, and the problem I always had was that it pulled on my shaft skin and also the testicles down the shaft more than it pulled on my ligs. I guess it's because I'm uncut and I have a loose foreskin, which makes it very hard for the hanger to stay in place. Anyway, I know giving up isn't an option... not after 2 years with almost nothing to show for it. Thanks for the morale boost- it is always appreciated!
I just wish I had something positive to report to people for once... to be able to participate in this forum with constructive feedback on my progress, instead of this shit. Here's to hoping I'll get that 0.3" back as quickly as I lost it! :)
 
I'm also uncut and have had the same problem with hanging. I can only manage 5 pounds with my home made hanger without serious pain. One thing that I find helps is to stretch out your penis whilst attatching the hanger and make sure that not too much of your foreskin is in front of the hanger. i.e. not enough to completely cover your head. Only about enough to cover half of your head. That way most of the weight should be on the ligs or tunica as opposed to the skin. Having said that it's necessary to stretch the skin too at some point.

Although I've had difficulty getting to grips (excuse the pun) with hanging I haven't written it off yet. I thought that before I do I should try to do it properly so I'm currently ordering my Bib starter. I'll let you know how I get on with it if I can ever complete my order. (printer run out of ink).

Shafty, I think that you are still adding valuable info to the forum, it's a learning curve for all of us. I think that overcoming difficulties is one of the most constructive things that you can do for the forum. We all learn from each others experience this way. It's the only way to learn. The good thing is that you are still adding feedback.

I am cut, but have also found that when going to the higher poundage, prestretching the skin is the only way to hang safely and comfortably. Otherwise, the hanger comes down over the glans where it shouldn't be.

On a manual stretching note: I've found that the most effective manual stretches for short periods of time are "A" and "V" stretches. I do them every time I get out of the shower, holding each stretch for only about 8-10 seconds, 2 - 3 A stretches and 2 - 3 V stretches - for a total of 4 - 6 stretches. I like the V stretches best because I can exert more force (would be even more efective with a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] - I'm sure). I've found that doing these has maintained my EL at about the same without doing much else.

There is a certain amount of time that needs to be invested in hanging before the skin stretch pain goes away. For me it was a couple of weeks, actually with every increase in weight I still get some skin stretch pain. There also should be something said about being sure it really is skin stretch as improper wrapping can produce a similar feelings. I have no experience with hangers other than the Bib so this is all based on my Bib hanger.
 
DLD, my other concern in regards to hanging is the adverse effect it might have on my bloodflow and erection quality. I've also experienced this with manual stretching, due to the grip putting too much pressure on the nerves around the coronal ridge and the whole head (hence the reason why I do seperate phases of length and girth work). If I manage to save up some dough for the Bib starter, I would like to be 100% sure it is comfortable and will not interfere with my girth routine. Some level of discomfort is to be expected, naturally, but if it feels anything like my home made hanger (basically like someone was stepping on my dick with spiked mountain climbing boots :D), I'm not so sure it's a good idea. On the other hand, from what I've read, the Bib starter is top of the line, and no matter how expensive it may be, there is no price for having a bigger dick.
 
Dude I have already gained from hanging and in less than 2 months. I hadn't gained in the longest time. Hanging with a Bib is not painful. It's just like with anything else Penis Enlargement related. We just have to be cautious and remain patient. But seriously come now! Get on the ball damn it! Go out and get you a Bib Starter! NOW! lol
 
Man... I have too much Penis Enlargement equipment I'd like to buy, and too little money to spare. :D If I could, I'd buy a year's worth of viagara for my girth workouts, a [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] for all day stretching, and a Bib starter to top it off. Unfortunately I have neither the money nor the means right now. All my extra change is spent on bodybuilding supplements, so it's a bitch. I'm hoping I'll be able to land a job as a tourist guide for the summer, so with any luck, I'll be able to buy at least one item off my list, as long as I can get a friend of mine to do the ordering via his credit card.

You expressed some concerns about hanging:
1)safety (erection quality and skin stretching)
2)money

As far as erection quality goes, many hangers - including myself, get great erections right after a hanging set. In fact, the heavier the weight, the bigger the boner.

Apart from the reactive erection after a hanging set, I think that my erections have improved. Most hangers will not harm your nerves if used properly.

Regarding the money issue, you don't have to purchase a BIB to get great results. Don't get me wrong. BIB makes a wonderful device that I'm going to purchase as soon as I start hanging more weight than my Captain's Wench can safely support. Having said that, the Captain's Wench is cheap and very easy to construct. I'd say it's also easy to use, but of course there is a learning curve with anything in Penis Enlargement. IMHO- The hardest things to learn about hanging are proper wrapping and hanger placement.

DLD was correct in stating that improper wrapping can cause similar burning sensations while hanging. Having said that, you just have to experiment, practice and proceed slowly. Hanging is definitely NOT to be rushed.
