When I first started Penis Enlargement a long time ago(about 2 years) I would do exercises for about 30-40 minutes. I recently did a routine that toke more about 1-2 hours and my unit had no signs of fatigue. If I want to put in 1-2 hours a day is there any problem with this? And can i benefit from doing more each session?
 
my girth routine usually goes for about 1 1/2 hrs...i jelq for about an hour which is not an extreme exercise then i would clamp for a bit..but as long as your erection strength doesnt decrease then you should be fine..if you can't get hard or your erection get weaker then you are doing too much

So if I have doing Penis Enlargement for almost a week now, everyday.

Lets say I can also train my unit roughly 1-2 hours a day, this is possible as long as you can keep an 'erection'?

What exactly is keeping an 'erection' though? After I do 100 two second jelqs my penis will not be erect but if I 'edge' for a few seconds I can get hard again. (I can't really get 100% hard unless I watch adult entertainment - sad, but true)

I'm currently doing a mix of things of a few things everytime I do a routine.

Stretches 20-30 seocnds
100-300 Jelqs (Mix of fast/slow)
100-200 fast kegel follwed by 50-100 slow kegels.
And a few other exercises I am sure are known, but I do not know the correct names for them.

I would love to up my jelqs to 400-600 a day and use the most intenisty that is possible for me. My question is, which was partially answered by DLD is, "Will I see any gains (girth) quicker by doing more jelqs a day as long as I can keep an erection (or get myself hard)?". Does this hold true also for stretching?

Also. Can you do your stretches more than once a day? I normally do my Penis Enlargement routine after my workout. Then, I take a shower. On my off days, I do Penis Enlargement earlier than I would work out, wait 3-4 hours, take a shower and do more stretching. Normally only stretching in the shower, maybe some jelqing but very, very minute.

I am kind of aiming for my goals within 8-10 months. I dunno if that's possible or not, any thoughts?

Also, is it safe to say that any 'Penis Enlargement' will help towards your goals? I know in bodybuilding, that is not per say the case.

One more thing, :| How can you properly tell when you're recovered from the before day routine? 'pain indicators'? Like I said, I have been going for five days straight with about 70-80% intensity and I don't feel any pain or abnormalities at all.

how can you jelq that long? after about 10 minutes i'm sick of doing it and my fingers get tired
 
i've been jelqing for a long time now...i throw in some uli's every few minutes and some kegels too..but majority of the hour is jelqing...i use to do slow squash jelqs and other girth exercises..but am doing the jelqing right now then will switch it up in a couple of months..but i have to be watching adult entertainment to keep me interested

i wouldn't advice anyone that just started to do a routine to go for hours straight..you should always work your way up to it..to avoid any issues..remember it's not a race trying to do too much too soon will ultimately get you hurt.

I understand that doing too much could possibly lead to being injured is a bad thing, but the problem is I feel great after my session. I feel as I could do more, with ease without injuring myself. My CNS feels great and my penis looks waaaaay better than before the session.

I do a warm-up, a mid session soak and a cool down. I'm curious to know if the mid-session soak might be overdoing it?

SHROOM, its alright to ask a quick question.Im pretty curious to soak in as much knowledge as possible as well. next time put it in your own thread so you can get alot more advice from everyone. I would think there is nothing wrong with the mid soak besides it may take you out of your flow of doing your exercises.

Yea, soz man.
I mean, once I am doing my session, my mind is only on that - The Session. I am super focused and I give my penis my full attention until I am done. I am curious as to soaking in the middle of the session would possibly increase the blood flow more.
 
I think its not only about the hours, but more about good workout and good technique. Like going to the gym. At some point your body needs to repair. Especially with hardcore girth training. Stretching can be done in multiple short workouts at different time periods.
 
this is how it works:

stretching, short and intensive workouts, but do it many times a day so it becomes like 40-50 min.

Girth, long workouts every session, you CANT make a short girth workout, it just doesnt work. Girth workout should take 1-2 hrs.
 
I think I will have to be a guy with longer session. Only because I think your unit grows from stress you cause and there is a fine you between a great intense workout and injury causing session. If your trying to make your session more intense in a shorter time and a goof ball like me you might hurt yourself. I will stick will pretty intense longer session instead of trying to make a super short intense session.

just keep doing them powers..eventually it will convert over..it's tough to say how long it will take but you know if it can expand to that size then it can be permantently done in time..good luck

Excellent! Just keep doing it until it becomes permanent. Girth takes some time but it will be worth it when you cement that 1/2 inch!
 
What are the benifits of jelqing?

Is it a jack of all trades or master of none?

I do long girth routines anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on the way I feel. Or if Im up to going a long time. I dont fell as I can do them daily and would like to just have a jelqing only session the day in between for a hour or two. Has anyone tried to jelq alone for a length of time? Gains?
 
It seems that most people on here stick to a 2 hour ceiling when it comes to time. Has any tried to test themselves and go as long as they can at least 3 hours or more?

With the length master, a session should be 20 minutes. You can do up to 3 sessions daily.
