So if I have doing Penis Enlargement for almost a week now, everyday.
Lets say I can also train my unit roughly 1-2 hours a day, this is possible as long as you can keep an 'erection'?
What exactly is keeping an 'erection' though? After I do 100 two second jelqs my penis will not be erect but if I 'edge' for a few seconds I can get hard again. (I can't really get 100% hard unless I watch adult entertainment - sad, but true)
I'm currently doing a mix of things of a few things everytime I do a routine.
Stretches 20-30 seocnds
100-300 Jelqs (Mix of fast/slow)
100-200 fast kegel follwed by 50-100 slow kegels.
And a few other exercises I am sure are known, but I do not know the correct names for them.
I would love to up my jelqs to 400-600 a day and use the most intenisty that is possible for me. My question is, which was partially answered by DLD is, "Will I see any gains (girth) quicker by doing more jelqs a day as long as I can keep an erection (or get myself hard)?". Does this hold true also for stretching?
Also. Can you do your stretches more than once a day? I normally do my Penis Enlargement routine after my workout. Then, I take a shower. On my off days, I do Penis Enlargement earlier than I would work out, wait 3-4 hours, take a shower and do more stretching. Normally only stretching in the shower, maybe some jelqing but very, very minute.
I am kind of aiming for my goals within 8-10 months. I dunno if that's possible or not, any thoughts?
Also, is it safe to say that any 'Penis Enlargement' will help towards your goals? I know in bodybuilding, that is not per say the case.
One more thing, :| How can you properly tell when you're recovered from the before day routine? 'pain indicators'? Like I said, I have been going for five days straight with about 70-80% intensity and I don't feel any pain or abnormalities at all.
