If past is prologue, I'll be dead before I ever see 9.5"...my 30 minutes a day (+/-) in the MityVac and 3-4 twenty minutes sessions in my X40 aren't enough to break-through whatever plateau I've been stuck-on for the last year or so. Motivation could also be 'at play' here, cuz I may just be 'big enough' for whatever/whoever I'm complelled to impress.
The psyche can be a delicate mistress...what began as an 'is this even possible?' to a 'whoa! PE actually works' to 'let's see how much I can grow' to 'I'm kinda losing enthusiasm'...

My mindset in (almost) all things has been to 'enjoy the journey and the destination will take care of itself' and it has manifested into a life of many experiences (some better than others), but I'm also realistic about the time/effort to benefit ratio and if I'm just chasing a 'number' or should I be happy with my current 'stats' (the latter almost feels like a concession tho).

A member saw the pic I posted and suggested it's time for a bigger tube that has enough negative space to encourage growth...I may heed that advice and see where it takes me, but for now I'll be pumping-away on the couch doing the same thing hoping for a different result (lol)

He might be right about the bigger tube, 2” sounds small for you. I understand at this point your are focusing on length and some people recommend narrower tubes for that. But then there’s others that suggest to keep going up and length will take care of itself. Idk what to think personally, thats actually something Ive been debating myself lately “should I stay in this tube I pack for girth easily
and continue to push strictly for length” for now I decided to go up. I remember old school DLD advice that he use to say that if you increase girth you also increase length, speaking on exercises like the jelqs or ssj that are primarily for girth.

But yeah I mean your size was enough pretty much at your starting point. Definitely enough whenever you hit 8”. Now the goal is to become completely unfuckable LOL. I think you got it, it may be just about moving up to a bigger tube bumping up the time in tube a little bit. If it is worth it for you because you are already massive, but shit if you reach 9.5” you are gonna want to go for 10”. Having a 10” dick bro… I mean… hahahahahah You do have a particular pumping philosophy of high pressure in one short session, which has proven to work thats interesting in itself.

One thing is for sure, you wont get smaller if you grow into a bigger cylinder. You can probably work on a 2.5” or a 2.75”.

my thought was to just get the 10" long tube and keep my current width...having that extra volume at the top may allow for a bit of length. I mean, who really knows cuz what works for one person may not for another, but I would think our biologies are close enough that much should be universal.

There's been some research on collagen, what triggers it and how can inhibit gains due to its resistance...seems there are particular triggers (of which I'm definitely flipping) that can impede progress. I may experimanr w/shorter (multiple) sets with varying pressures...who knows :)
 
Well if you look at your track record, and I know you consider your initial gains “newbie gains” its still worth noting the larger part of your gains from what I understand where made with the bathmate. The bathmate for is a one size fits all cylinder with grommets to adjust for your actual thickness. And I know there are various bathmate sizes you don’t get the precise .25” increments that are available to you now with the mityvac. So you were often pumping in a cylinder that was far too big for you in the first place, and your nuts where slipping in etc..

I say all that to say, that larger cylinders have worked for you in the past. And the route to 9.5-10” might require an increase in girth.

Lol not trying to talk you into growing your junk. But for my curiosity, can you confirm it is in fact a 2” cylinder what you are using right now? If so, how fast do you pack it for girth and at what pressure?

yep, my cylinder is 2' by 9" and it's essentially packed at entry...after a bit of warm-up/heat at lower pressures

yep, my cylinder is 2' by 9" and I pack it pretty much at entry. After stretching and a bit of warm-up/heat, I slowly ramp-up the pressure to 10hg-15hg and 'modulate' between those numbers for 10-15 minutes. I'll reduce to what feels like a normal erection for a minute or two and then another 10-15 minutes at the higher pressures.

My personal best in thhe cylinder is 8 5/8", but I usually cap-out at 8 1/4"
