I would like your thoughts (or wisdom) on this routine. I've been trying to work on a routine for my schedule and I thought about trying this. Keep in mind I'm still mainly wanting length for now but wanted somewhat of a girth routine to keep it in shape a little bit. In the morning when I first get up I plan on strapping on the size genetics at full tension for a couple hours to get it stretched pretty good, then work back up to 15-20 minutes in the Penomet (sorry but that's the one I got before they shitted on everybody), then wear a cockring until I lost all pump, then use UJW the rest of my work day, after my shower in the evening I'll do my stretch routine followed by 2 to 3 sometimes 4 hrs in the SG at full tension followed by a light UJW over night. I plan on doing this at least 5 to 6 days a week with only using the UJW on my rest day. So what do you think? Please give me your thoughts and opinions. Thanks bros.

This sounds like a good workout to me. Have you tried Slow Squash Jelqs for girth as well?

Agree, working in 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs for every 5 minutes of pumping will greatly increase gains.

I haven't used the SSJ yet cause I'm trying to reach my length goal first (since I'm limited on time) so I thought it best to concentrate mainly on one thing a time. When I reach my length goal then I thought I would change it up and spend most of my time on girth with time just maintaining my length(well maybe a little extra by accident). Maybe this is the wrong approach. What do you think? Would a solid girth routine help with length or is it OK to focus more on one than another? I thought I might have read somewhere here that gaining more length would add a little girth as well. Is that true or did I miss read?
