Hi :)

My first post didn't get many replys... So i'll try again :)
All about my size, other routines, how long i've been into pe and so on is in this thread:

But to make it short... I'm about 6,2 inc nbpel standing up, 7 bpel sitting down... 5,5 - 5,6 inch eg i think... (may vary, and this is when the soft roller is VERY soft on the tinky (but it's of course still touching it all around ;) ), if i tight it more it will get smaller...
I don't relly know my starting size, but i know i have gained in this 7 serious months.. Just not very much.. Havn't been doing much stretching, hardly any at all...


My current rountine is: (have had other less intense routines, started low about 6-7 months ago)

10 min warming up...
15 min of stretcing (more or less basic stretching)
1 hour of wet jelqing ( 60-90 % erection) LMAO
5-40 minutes of slow squash jelq. (i use most of the time to get the erection, after the 1 hour mental to keep an erection you get kinda tired in the head.. And it most likely last till i shoot off )
10 min. warming down or a hot shower...


So i'm doing this: Thuesday, Friday and sunday... Only 3 days a week, :O the other days i'm bodybuilding... The reason i only do this 3 days a week is because it's quite a killer routine, i believe i need the off days to heal... I also get these extremely big black bloodmarks that doesn't dissappear completely before 2-3 days.
My question would be if i could stretch every day??? ?:( just that 15 minutes.. Would it hurt the girth??? ?:( cause it surely hurts the pump i have from the girth workout...
Would it be better to do less intense workouts and do them more often?? ?:(
Any other suggestions to improve my routine? ?:(

What would help the healing proces??? ?:( Some vitamins? protein? (i'm eating whey atm)... An anabolic state? (eating more calories than you use) And would it hurt your healing to be on a diet? (eating less)

And last... Will it have any negativ effect if i once in a while eat a cialis??? I'm only 18.... :p

I was wondering about the same thing. but I guess you can stretch every day. maybe some of the gurus can tell us.
consider stretching before your girth workout.

As you can see in my routine, i already stretch before the girth workout :)

Well.... Another thing, i have to be very pumped those days, cause i'm allways sleeping with my girl those days... She has gotten used to my pumped girth wich is i guess up to ½ an inch more!!! (maybe less at that time)... So i can't just do it without being pumped, she thinks it's my normal size <:(
 
I've heard before that you can't overtrain in a flacid state, but from own personal experience I know that when you stretch very frequently gripping just below the head it can kill your girth pump (probablly from the tightness of the grip you need). I've personally found that if you want to do additional stretching without hurting the girth pump too much you can do your stretches gripping further down on the shaft because you don't need such a kung-fu grip to hold onto it like right below the head. Your training a different part of the penis but its all length in the end.
 
I'm like DLD, I'll stretch every time I piss. I'll stretch in the shower, before, during, after my routine, at night, sittin down, All day wraps...pretty much whenever I think about my cock or Penis Enlargement LMAO... I'm Lazy Assin' it right now LOL LMAO
 
I stretch every day and do girth every other day, usually. A lot of times I'll have a hard on that won't quit, so I'll get in a few girth sessions in a row.

In any event, I haven't noticed a negative effect on my girth from daily stretching. I also ADC and use a cock ring, for your info.
 
What's ADC ??? And shall i wear the cockring at work, in school and so on???

Hmmm... I found a stretch where i hold as close at the base as i can get and then just stretch from there..... I can still feel the stretch, just only at the base....
 
"ADC" is all day clamping. Use the search feature and you'll find several good threads/demo threads with pics on the subject.

Stretching does not affect girth negatively.
 
Until recently I stretched every day for 45 mins to 1 hour in the AM then stretched every time I went to the bathroom, but I wasnt getting the girth gains I wanted.
So I've cut the AM. stretch down to 8 to 12 mins.
I'm thinking this is helping as my flaccid hang has gained 1/8"+.
So my advice would be if your after girth don't get carryed away with stretching ;)
 
Go easy with the cock ring at first. Get a feel for what's normal and what should get you to take it off. ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY don't sleep with it on until you get some experience with it.
 
yea strectching for 15 mins a day will not negatively affect your girth as in strectching for a hour a day will not either....so just keep doin what ya doin and good luck
