Ideally 8nbp with close to 7 girth. I think I can get the nbp with weight loss and toning. The girth is a work in progress. I may settle for what I get for a while in a couple months and try out a long term routine of jelqing, bathmate and kegels. All the heavy stuff is a bit draining, but I have committed to 3 months of intense training looking for gains. I did get an inch in girth in about 10 weeks a year ago. Maybe I'll be lucky again.
