I have made wonderful gains over the past couple of years in length, but my girth hasn't changed. Mostly because I have had problems with ED. I am getting better but I find it very difficult to do girth exercises. ���� is out for a stimulant [causes problems between me and the wife], Viagra and other pills are out because of cost [4 kids and found out that next week I will probably be unemployed]. And with kids wife and a very active life time spent doing it will be short.

I have found that short intense irregular sessions work best for me, but I am wondering what is the best exercises for me to use for girth?

Also clamping, pumping, and hanging[which I do know is not girth related] seems to aggravate my ED which is stressing me enough at only age 34.

With so many problems that need working on....why not take a long break from your penis, and focus on your life for a while?

I hope to find the time to write up a long post on this matter sometime soonish. Here are a couple of things for now you might appreciate as info and perspective:

The temporary trauma you cause your unit with a serious Penis Enlargement session, the inflamatory byproducts from that can chemically interfere with the secondary epithelial cascade of NO inside the penis, either directly or by signaling downregulation.

Point of all that .... you can get some temporary sogginess if you got too brutal, but it's a few days and you're better than new. Not a big deal. Take a few days off if you think it's a problem.

The other matter is ... thinking there's a problem.

When we were teens (or 35 for that matter), we didn't worry about our dick working ... we'd worry that we could only fuck for three or four hours - because then we had to get dressed and be across town to help pick up a keg for the BBQ that night.

There's a joke from about the time I was mid twenties, said of the latest super-hot beyond-10 thouroughbred goddess of the season, whoever it was that season, and the next, etc. When people would go on and on and on about how hot (random fantastically gorgeous gal) was, we'd say "Yeah, Yeah, .... but you know you could really only bang her for like three or four days ....

... then you'd have to stop for food and water."

LMAO

And people would laugh, ... 1) because it's cute, ... and 2) because of the Coolidge effect, and the world not having yet the toxic Meme "erectile dysfunction" poured out upon it, people knew full-well they could hit that for boundless hours until neither of you could walk straight and seriously you'd have to stop for food or water. Or to let her pass out.

In the history of the universe, the biggest problem with anyone's dick working is sitting around worrying about the dick working.

Big Pharma came up with some erection drugs, so now they want everyone to think they have a disease and need pharmaceutical boosting .. for $10 per pill or whatever.

Almost always that's bull.

If you wake up with a good wood, ... your dick is Ok. Don't let anyone make you wonder otherwise. The very -concept- that your dick might not work (causes stress - instead of sexual arousal, and) becomes 99% of the problem.

Thanks for the replies. My ED is not to much of a problem right now, I have lost around 45 lb in the past 8 months and that has helped tremendously. But The problem started about 14 months ago when I was hanging like mad. So I am gun shy of most mechanical aids fearing that the problem might return.

I seem to be doing well for some one who has put there body threw as much hell as I have[alcoholic, antidepressants, 16 hour work days, and over Penis Enlargementing]. My erections are strong and abundant now, and I have found that short intense infrequent sessions are the best for me.

My length gains so far is 2 3/8 inches . But 0 in girth. I want to find one or two girth exercises to do about ten to fifteen min every two or three days.
I dont know if it is possible to gain only doing this so infrequently, It amperes that most gains [girth] happen with constant work but I know my body and after 6 to 10 days it seems to adapt and I am pissing in the wind!

So is it possible to make gains [girth] working as I have stated above and if so what would be the best workouts?

Also thanks DLD and others for all the info and time put in this site I have been ashamed of my dick all my life and now it amperes that I might fell better about myself if only on the inside[still not going to pull it out in front of the guys and brag:p ]. Anyway THANKS!
 
Personally, the best girth routine I've done is manual clamping. Meaning clamping, but with your hands. Haven't tried it with a clamp yet though.

I'm curious though, have you been training your PC at all during this time?
 
I have been training my PC but its only been the last month.

I have not done many jelks or other girth work much in the past year and a half, because of how difficult it was to get an erection. I have no problem now when I am with my wife but by myself usually it only gets to 60-70%, sometimes a little more but not much.
I suppose after all these years of beating him he is finally tired of it:).

My current girth is some where in the 4.5-4.75 range. I would love to add an Inch!

All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
