So, I just started on my Newbie routine, though wanted to add something for my Peyronies Disease, so I tried to mix this & the Peyronie's Superset.

So here is how I did it

Basic Stretching: them each tree times

Did this first three times
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Then this three times
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Then this three times
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

& finally this three times
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Then did DLD Peyronie’s Supersets explained:
100 Peyronie’s C-Jelqs
1 30 Second DLD Bend Modified for Peyronie’s
Do 7 sets of these

After Jelq: Warm Down

For PC Muscle Fitness I got my self erect so I can see more clearly that I was doing it.

100 quick Kegel squeezes

Though was having a problem doing these
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

& then Testicle Health Massage.

So I am not sure if this is the right thing to, as of replacing Basic Jelq with DLD's Peyronie’s Supersets, or should I do something like this?

DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness (With myself erect)

10 Dual fulcrum stretches against the curve holding for 30 seconds each.

As of instead replacing an exercise I am now just adding to it.

So how does that sound? Should I replace or add?

Sorry just done an update, as I realised that my first one had a few things that needed a touch up & to add more. & to be honest I have stopped at the moment as certain things came up that kept me form doing the exercises & also plaguing me was this question & what to do.
