Like the body types in bodybuilding.... Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph in actual ectomorph has to work more harder and longer in order to gain right shape, but on the other hand endomorph gets his shape easily.... I am too slim known as Ectomorph... always they said I would be needing too much time to get proper shape... In that way I never started it...
