Good post, although the same PDF has been posted before; therefore a very good reminder. One could really start with proper hydration and celery plus zinc. All girls are different but I think it's safe to say that most girls don't really dig getting blasted with cum but the cool ones will put up with it if they like you or love you enough.

Lots of meat and vegetables and fat, low carb. The only male enhancement pills I take are saw palmetto and deer antler velvet. Nothing special really it's probably genetic.
