I had a friend who had this done and he had no problems. Your balls do swell up really huge afterward though, and you have to wear a testicle support thing for like 2 weeks or something. But it really is a minor surgery. Shouldn't have any problems.

I wonder if I would need that with my low hanging balls?

You'd probably need it even more. He has really big low hangers too though. But his are natural, the lucky ^$%#$.

I've used the Ring of Power today and I had to take it out because I felt pain on my vericocele veins. I took it off at 12pm (started wearing it at 7am). Right now I'm taking codein to relive the pain. ROP is basically like a cock ring and it's not advisable to wear it if you have vericocle veins because it's choking the blood that your veins need. That's why I'm getting this pain. Sorry to say, but I can't wear it any longer. I've paid a hell of a lot of money for that surgery and I don't want to get another surgery because of this. If I continue to get this pain I'm going to see my urologist again and ask if he can examine my semen fertility.

Was it on too tight? I haven't made one yet but I don't think it's supposed to be on real tight. Ask Supra, he knows just about everything about the ROP.

I have varricloes and I wear hte ROP as well, dont make it so tight, also werar it around your whole unit, not your balls
