wasn't there one on the forum that cutted rings out of toilett paper rolls, about an inch or so.

putted on the shaft and kegeled until they broke. that must be an excellent exercise:)

I myself had a varicocele and I would strongly advice you to get a surgery, and if dou can try to get the tauber treatment for you (a special kind of surgery, where the vein gets desolated). After that wait for a month with pe and then start to kegel and reverse kegel. To prevent a pelvic imbalance start squatting daily.

thank you very much for letting me to know. What type of surgery did you had?

I am thinking about to go with microsurgery. I have heard it is a best treatment to get rid of the varicocele, so it wont come back and it will improve the testosterone level. And I have also heard that varicocele embolization will make the varicocele to come back and it wont improve the testosterone level. Please let me know if you had embolization and if it does improve your testosterone level. I'm really interested to know about this so i can consider which surgery I would go for. :)

Have you been suffered with penis and balls shrinkage, low testosterone, low sperm count, low sex drive, erectile dysfunction, back pain, stomach pain and prostate enlarged?

This is what I have got. My penis and balls get shrinkage at all the time when I am walking around, go out for a run, bowel movement, exercises...etc. And I can't be able to have sex as I am suffered with erection dysfunction. I can't be able to get the full erection when I need to. And I have some mild pain in my stomach which is really killing me, sometimes I have trouble with peeing when I need to go to toilet. I suspected my prostate could be enlarge which is worries me. I have some back pain sometimes when the varicocele get worse and I am getting the pain in my left testicle. Did you get the same problems?

Do you recommend if I should go and see the physiotherapy to treat for pelvic imbalance while I am waiting to see the specialist before I have surgery??

And do you recommend if I should do the kegel and reverse kegel before I see the specialist or I should wait until after the surgery??

When I recover from the surgery, I am going to do the kegel and reverse kegel to help with my pelvic imbalance.

And when I get back on the PE, I am wondered if I do need to see the physiotherapy to help with my pelvic imabalance or if I should not have to as I get the pelvic imbalance sorted??
 
I had had issues wirh the cremster reflex before. It felt like my testicles raised up in my body so hard ans far like thet wanted to come out my throat.They also had this strange vibrating feeling. From what i remember where your upper most inner thigh that connect to your groin is where it lies. What happned to me is i either pulled a muscle there stretching or over exerted beinbg tight there and injured that area. Sitting in a deep ass to grass type body weigt squat helps stretch that area, and might help. It also could make it worse. So be careful if you do.But last i looked there was little info on treating it so i hope this helps.

Also sitting in a deep squat will stretch your pelvic floor. Too tight can also cause ED issues and a lot of the issues you mentioned. That stretching can also help with your urination problems and help lower back pain. On the other side of making your pelvic floor stronger Squatting also is being argued to be used to replace kegels as some people are thinking it's making pelvic floor issues worse.if you google " squats for pelvic floor" you will see a lot of people explaining why they feel they are superior to kegels. I'm not saying it's better or right or wrong just this what is being said lately. Also regular squatting with help raise your T levels.

Antegrade scrotal sclerotherapy was used on me. And while I did not suffer from low sperm count and/ sex drive, I have a mini ED, possibly a venous leak, yet to checked out. I would advice you to go to a doctor asap, since your symptoms are very dangerous for your reproductive organs.

Do you know what is the risk for Antegrade scrotal sclerotherapy?? I need to see if there is a risk or not so I can consider myself when I have a counselling with the urologist for advise to get the best treatment as I am going to see him again on the 3rd November which is not long to go. Did you had low testosterone level??

When you had Antegrade scrotal sclerotherapy, did your testosterone level improves?? I'm really interested to know about this. In the most cases I have found that when varicocele occurs, it will drop your testosterone levels which will effect the erection, libido, sperm count...etc. I have got a low testosterone, according to my doctor who I have spoke today. He have agreed that the low testosterone has effect my erection, so I am going to have another blood test again to see if it have go up or not. I guess it is not so it looks like I am going to have a treatment soon hopefully so I can get back to normal. :)

The urologist I went to see to he said I might have cremaster reflex so I want to make a double check with you to see if I do have one or not. How did you find out on self diagnosis that you had cremaster reflex? what did you do??

Someone have told me that my symptoms is sound like a pelvic floor muscles issue so I am going to see the physio. My doctor has referred me to see the physio so hopefully soon I will get a diagnosis to see if I do have cremaster reflex or not. If I do have cremaster reflex, I am going to get the treatment to get rid all of those problems so I hope it wont come back again when I get back on the PE. If I don't have the cremaster reflex, then I must have a varicocele that cause those issues so I am going to get it sort it out with the urologist soon when I am going to see him again on November 3rd.

Like they was straining themselves to get in there. I was told you can trigger the cremster reflect my rubbing deepest part of your inner thigh/ leg connects to your scrotum. That is where I injured myself and was told to stretch lightly. Deep squat was one of them
But mine was caused by an injury. I didn't experience any of your other symptoms.

I need to know if it is looks very similar or if it is looks the same as mine so I can do the deep squat to see if it would help to get rid of those issues. If yours don't looks similar or if yours don't looks the same as mine then I don't have cremaster reflex. I might have pelvic floor muscle issue, but I do definitely have varicocele that cause my dick shrink and testicles atrophy. I will need to find out how varicocele occurs when I was working on the PE. If it is come from pelvic floor muscle issue then I would need to see a physio to help to resolve the pelvic floor muscle issue. If it did not help me to solve the problem as the varicocele don't goes away then the surgery is the answer.

How did you injured yourself? what did you do??

Yeah that's what DLD told me about I could find out by if I do have cremaster reflex as I could rubbing my palms on my upper thigh which I did, but I find nothing as I have got no pain. So does that mean I don't have cremaster reflex then??

If your pelvic floor issues is constantly tight, sitting in a deep Squatting position can and will stretch a tight pelvic floor . It is often recommend to help balance a pelvic floor Taking a tennis ball and sitting on it with between testicles in anus is what a lot of physio recommend to stretch and relax the muscle as well if you think your issue is tightness with your pelvic floor.

The cremster reflex it's self is what causes the raising of the testicles. Idk why it would cause pain by rubbing it, and if your testicles are already felt drawn in then you probably won't see or feel the reflex as it's already engaging.

I would not go too intense, maybe mid-intensity, but I do think it may help.

I have tried it everything I could do, but the varicocele wont go away so I am going to try the pelvic floor muscle exercises to see if it would help to solve the problem, but if not then the surgery is the answer.

I started stretching my balls because i want them lower on my off days. Kinda feels relaxing.
