Hi guys

I am wondering if anyone knows if it is safe to do Penis Enlargement exercises with the condition called varicocele. Anybody else has a problem with these? Will DLD testicle health do anything good for this condition?

thanks :s

Were is yours? Its on the left isn't it? One thing I have learned is that it will also appear less apparent if you do some scrtoum stretching to get them to hang lower. Becasue the higher your balls ride, the more scruched up and clumped together tey become, whcih can make it buldge out and be very noticable. Before, I did this I has 2 girls ask me about it.

Yes Supra I have it on the left side. But is it possible to have it on both sides, because I think it is starting on my right also. I read that it can cause some fertility problems. It can be removed by surgery. I am seriously thinking about the surgery.

It can casue fertility problems becasue the blood heats up the testicles and kills the sperm, when I have my surgery, I am going to have this taken out as well. Right now with my problems I dont think I am fertile, I guess good for now, but in the future I do want kids.

I have commented on this condition before.

Torniquet methods around the balls restricting or slowing blood slowly over long times will result in this condition.

Simple thing to avoid ... dont go tight around the ball sack with ANYTHING.
I had this condition and had it removed, if left you WILL go infertile.

Get it sorted if any of ya notice one of these cunts, cos if ya want kids ...... ya know the rest and like I said be VERY careful about constricting blood around the balls, exercises to watch like long periods of ball hanging , just be careful .... also if ya get BLUE balls, get um in a warm bowl ASAP dont leave it, get them back to colour cos if left the blood in their will/can result in this condition also.

hope ya all nail it like I did.

Varicocele is a congetitile thing, you are born with it, you can not develope it. I had this since I was born. All of this ball stretching has made it better

This is a very big issue for me now that I ordered my Ring of Power. I had surgery on my vericose veins on the left side of my sac because I was infertile. I'm wondering if using the ROP around my cock and balls will be beneficial or be damaging to feritlity?

Not in any way. It helps fertility a bunch, not hinders.

Hey how was the surgery did it work? There are two ways to do the surgery. I think one is the go in there and remove them from your side, or I think they do something else with radiology. What did you do?

It happened about 5 years ago when i was 18, the surgery was successful. The veins on my scrotum were large and thick that's how he know I had it. There was no way to remove it, he had to tighten it. I don't remember the specifics of his surgery. After 4 weeks post op, my sperm was fertile. He told me the best time to do it is when you are young.

Tourniquet methods like what Redzula mentions, might cause a relapse even though you have surgery. Supra, if you don't mind me asking do you have anything to back up that the ROP will be benfecial for feritlity? I know it causes a great deal increase in ejaculation, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the sperm is fertile.

Yes I do, this is from Tom Hubbard

History
In 1974 I attended a fertility clinic to see if it was my "fault" my wife could not get pregnant. It was!

I had a sperm count of just 6 million per whatever it is (millilitres?) and was only ejaculating about two or three millilitres of semen - total of 18 million spermatozoa. I was told the "normal" is 100 million sperm and five millilitres of semen. My sperm was also low quality with many damaged sperms and something called low motility rate (not swimming about). I had a low testosterone level too! I was sent to see a fertility specialist.

The specialist examined my testicles and penis function and found no particular problems and said I should be able to father children. He gave me a check list to help increase my testosterone and sperm count and its quality and quantity.

Cure

I realised that I had slipped into bad habits and started my recovery plan. Firstly I did pack up smoking. It was very hard to do. I felt better and my sperm count rose to 30 million but still only two or three millilitres of semen. I stopped eating burgers and doughnuts and lost some weight. I went swimming every weekend and cycled to work (about two miles). I changed from jockey briefs to boxer shorts and then no underwear. My sperm count rose to a satisfactory 90 million per millilitre but still only two or three millilitres of semen. Testosterone was still very low. My friends said I had large breasts but I was used to them. Further research found that Soya products, like Soya milk and Soya protein can mimic the female hormone oestrogen. I was using a lot of Soya products as a vegetarian. I stopped using Soya products. I finally managed to kick the tranquilliser habit and all these things helped to restore a youthful erection and a high sperm count and good quantity of semen. I finally sprayed my testicles with cold water once a day in the morning. We were offered a baby to adopt and we had to use contraceptives to avoid having two babies at the same time. What a turn round.

This feeling of well being continued until quite recently until I was about 50 years old. The years after this saw my erections getting softer and my sexual urge waning. A blood test showed low levels of testosterone. I was entering the andropause. After a few months of frustration I decided to do something about it again. I bought a product called an energiser ring for about £50 ($85 US). It was a hard plastic ring with metal contacts on which fitted around my testicles and penis. Although it was uncomfortable to wear I persevered because the company said it would take six weeks to work. It did work. My erections came back and my ejaculation spurts increased from five or six to a record breaking 25 spurts. My wife was amazed. A further blood test showed normal to high levels of testosterone.

I have a varicocele in the left testicle as well. My stemmed fro a kick to the groin area. The membrane that holds the testicle together got ruptured resulting in the varicocele. The only real problem for me is doing reverse kegals. Reverse kegals causes the veins to swell and get engorged with blood.

The ROP IMHO will help and not hinder like supra says.
If ya have things around ya balls make sure its not too tight thats how I got myn and it hurt likr fuck and I can take pain, so heed my advice.

Hey guys!!!!

I am 18 years old and I had very very bad varicoceles in my left testicle as well. I noticed it when I was about 12 years old and they just got bigger and bigger. Last year, spring break, I went to the Dr. to check it out and i did some sperm tests done. It turns out that, due to the varicoceles, I was infertile. So during the spring break I went under the knife and had the veins snipped.

Everything was alright after the surgery, except 2 days later I swelled up and my whole scrotum and perineum (the bit that leads from your sac to your anus) turned black. I was also in INTENSE pain for days and the hydrocodine stopped working. Anyway, I went back to the doc and I had an ultrasound done on my nut and it turns out that I had a thrombosed vein, causing the bloodflow to stop flowing to my testicle. No bloodflow = no oxygen. That also explains the pain, because there was such a huge amount of pressure it was constantly crushing my testicle. My testicle "died" from lack of oxygen. So....1 week after my initial surgery I had to go under the knife again and they had to remove my left testicle. <:( It was hard to deal with. It still is hard to deal with...but I think about it this way. I am more fertile now (I'm fully capable of reproducing now) with 1 nut than I was with 2 and the varicocele.

I am not telling this to scare people away from the surgery. MINE WAS A FREAK OCCURRENCE. It really was. There was no explanation for it at all and in 15 years it was the first case that my doctor had seen. My doctor was a qualified Urologist, so he knew what he was doing (I think). I'm just letting you know my story and letting you know that there can be complications. But losing your testicle b/c of the surgery is VERY VERY rare. I can't stress that enough. I would have had to get it removed anyway at a later stage b/c i was infertile b/c of it.

Now, I have the option of getting a testicular implant. I don't want to do it right now because its not veeeeery noticeable that I only have 1, and I'm comfortable with only having one. Do any of you guys out there have a testicular implant? If so...I'd very much like to know about it. Maybe later I'll get the implant, but I don't want another surgery b/c I don't wanna fuck up the other nut, especially since its just cosmetic.

I think thats all I have to say for now. If any of you guys out there have ANY questions about varicoceles and the procedures, don't hesitate to PM me or just reply to this thread.

Cheers
