They say time under tension is how the tunica gains so why is everybody holding their stretch for 30 seconds instead of like 10 15 minutes a stretch? I would think that would be more effective
Any thoughts?

Indeed the truth and one of the most limiting factors in girth and length gaining due to the great density it yields. In order to break down this tissue that is only approximately 5% elasticity is through long, expansive sets of girth work, most notedly the SRT Routines girth workout which contains every factor important to do this big job. Neither and both. The problem here is that everybody is different. It's the problem we all have in the beginning. You have to learn what works for you. I'm still learning as well after 10 years. The tunica needs powerful stimuli while the ligs just need to be stretched. If you can weaken the tunica and then stretch, your essentially getting double the effect. There is so much out there to do, but DLD made a plan to follow so you won't need to go crazy. When you're gains stop, that's when you need to worry about the intense exercises.

Both, this is why SRT advocates such. Both forms of stretching are vital and necessary to making the fastest length gains. The reason is that first, the penis needs heavy, intense, powerful stretching...this type of stretching we can only really hold for 30 to 60 seconds until we need a break. Man - I see these posts every day referencing the SRT thread and I go back each time, and find something I missed. Priceless, and given away for free.
SRT is where all my gains have come from. Even though I've been doing this only for a few months. Good advise given. Heed.

From using the length master, holding the stretch for let's say 2 to 3 minutes is more superior than 1 minute. You can start from 1 minute and build up from there.

I like 5 minutes holds. Personaly I was able to maximize temorary elongation with 5 minutes. It would not have been possible for me with just 3 minutes. But when I was stretching with hands I started out with 1 minute holds (but there is more to it).

The length master allows you to do this because most of the strength is going into the actual falkroom of the device
