I've been doing Penis Enlargement for years i've always drifted in between hitting a routine hard and then getting abit lazy and then just maintaining what i've got. A couple of years ago or so I hit Opa's length routine of 60 sec strectchs in all directions and in conjuction with Bathmate I managed to make some great gains. Anyway after making those gains I just went into a maintaince state again. Since then tried different strectchs but just felt like I strectching skin more than the ligs. Cut a story short I discovered in the expressive strectching thread about total package strech that DLD created. Wow these streches are great I get a real good pull from the ligs with these and it really feels like i'm hitting them hard. However I know from reading the other thread that DLD said this routine had been buried in the archive. I currently pull behind the cheeks left, right and central. Then pull st8 down all varing from 30 secs or 60secs depending on how the pull feels. I'm trying going to hit this hard but just juggling around different routines for it. Just wondered DLD if it was the same sort of routine as the basic streches? Only because streching up in total package I can't seem to get any pull from the ligs that way. Anyway I keep experimenting with it.

He gained length like it was nothing.

As for your question, I'm not too sure what you're asking. Could you reword it?
 
I do The Total Package Stretch sitting down, and discovered how to get a good upwards stretch. If you want to get a good stretch upwards using this, then you will want to:
1. Be sitting with your feet flat on the floor.
2. Keep your feet flat on the floor, and don't allow them to move during the next step.
3. Push your feet forward, like you're trying to slide them forward, but don't allow them to actually move (socks and carpet make plenty of friction for this) and in turn the rest of your body from your knees-back will move slightly backwards. You will feel your quads flex when you do this as well.
4. Stretch using The Total Package Stretch in an upwards direction, and get a good stretch!

This is what works for me personally. Before, when I stretched upwards doing The Total Package Stretch, all I felt I was stretching was skin. Doing it like this will allow that skin you were previously stretching to move forward, and you will now be stretching your penis instead of the skin like before. Hope this helps.

Btw, I'm not sure if you can stretch straight up like this, but I know you can definitely get a solid, high angle.

I just read your post, Dose anyone honestly know when the L MASTER will be available?-- You mentioned the Total package stretch-- it seems like a PHASE i workout - less the Jelking --- have you gained? any suggestions?

Dear MOS Or support,

or fellow Brothers... Can anyone please tell me where to go to get the BIB assist..? from the information I am getting is seems like along with the Exercising , there must be a constant HANG or stretch to make gains...
anyone with experience, or assistance,, will be very much appreciated..

Ron, I have not seen anything lately on an update for the LengthMaster. I know it is supposed to be released sometime in the near future. This is precisely why I use The Total Package Stretch in my routine; I am waiting for the LengthMaster to be released and don't want to waste money on a PowerAssist when I plan on buying the LengthMaster. As far as gains with The Total Package Stretch, I have gained 3/8" in my first month using it. With that said, I use many other manual stretches and the SizeGenetics, so I cannot say how much it has contributed to my gains. However, I do believe all of DLD's exercises to be effective.

I'm unaware of what the BIB assist is. Hopefully someone else can chime in for you regarding that.
 
Thanks Android I'll try that out will shake things up abit from the directions I stretch in the total package at the moment. Yeh Med I was just seeing if there was really anyway of stretching other than BTC and str8 down in total package stretch because I really couldn't see anyway of doing it. Plus wondered if DLD had a routine for this stretch that was all. Looking at it now I probably didn't word it very well ha. But yeh that was it really. Hoping that me hitting this stretching hard in conjunction with Bathmate will see some new gains for me.
 
I invented this way of stretching years ago, I think I called i the Complete Package Stretch???? I know that this kind of stretch is very, very good with Expressive Stretching and a excellent addition to the SRT Routine.

My assumption , and limited education had me conclude that MOS is THE BEST Educational and Logical Phase By Phase Learning Program, I have made some gains, and am 100% committed to MOS because They are the real experts, There is still so much to learn that I get overwelmed, I was really motivated when I hard that the New MOS LENGTHMASTER was gonna be available, I have had problems in the past with some of the STRETCHING, and Finding tim to put in a Good Hr and a half in per each Workout all including Jelques -- I just feel like I ned a Boost so I decided to invest in the BIB hanger and Incorporate it along with my PHASE 1 workout, I will do this until MOS releases the LengthMaster -- then I will Jump in those workouts as MOS directs.

I am loving it! I just got back to work full time on the FORUMS and I am just loving how easy it is on my eyes!

You need to go hard and make quick gains. It's time to get a length device. Your penis has somehow adapted to the stretching force of your hands. Get yourself a device like the length master 3. 40 minutes daily is enough time to make all the length gains you seek.
