For me, off days are a great sin in the PE world. Can't wait to start training again from tomorrow.

Yeah, I have to really test it. I have never made it past the 33 day mark, nor have I kicked the habit but I have it so much more under control now. I am very happy with my progress, I never dreamed I would be able to go 4 weeks without ����, it is miraculous. I am a human that messes up but I am doing so much better than before.

Same here I never took a rest day during my after PE. The only time I took off is when I had injury. For me it was 10 years every single day until I got where I want to get to.
 
So the verdict sounds like its personal choice. The almighty chosen one...BIB, recommends no days off but light hanging days are ok.

The idea of not stopping/no days off appeals to me since it requires real commitment!

In terms of how it relates to gains...in dew time.
 
For me I’ll be stretching everyday the only days off would be from the bathmate if I can’t get 100% erect I wouldn’t want to use it ??

Exactly true, but you rested in your sleep hence growth otherwise you would never have grown.
So, in truth you took time off when you closed your eyes sweet (like)
 
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Exactly that's just one really good reason to do it daily. They say after 21 days it just becomes habit and you don't give it much thought you just do it

I have to agree with you that the longer I remain abstinent the less I think about it! I now if I can get myself through 30 days I truly believe that I have broken the habit or at least taken control of it. Sorry that I did not think on this before. ❤️
