Having finally added Kegels into my manual routine, that is ten minutes a night in between doing Jelqs and SSJ's; y'all remember my recent post about them and even though I believe I'm doing them properly, I don't necessarily feel that I'm flexing \ tightening the area all that well. However one thing I recently discovered while doing manuals, was if you slide down on your back, comfortably of course, and keep your legs on a desk \ dresser \ etc; doing the Kegels that way in concert with your asshole (Flexing \ Puckering \ What have you) really makes a difference in feeling the exercise as you're doing it.

Now I think butt \ anal kegels are a thing, so does this sound like what I'm doing is that? And second, give this a try and tell me if it feels the same for you... Like I talked about before; holding the Kegel for a while is doable, but at one point I don't feel the sensation of the hold any longer... This way I do, but don't want to keep doing them if they're not targeting what I want targeted.

Well, I did receive Kegel instructions and it did state to do them in different poses, standing, sitting and laying down.

So, positioning yourself as you explained seems reasonable. In the instructions it was stated that it's best to do three different types of Kegels. Short bursts (1 sec hold, release and repeat 100% force), longer 5 second holds (100%) with 10 second break and lastly 60% force 10-20 seconds with 20 second breaks. Any of those 3 times a day.
And also to vary these, just one type a day and two rest days a week, not following days though.

If you're feeling good about what you're doing and there are no ill side effects, then I say go for it.
And about the hold feeling / not feeling the Kegel so strongly anymore; maybe it's a sign that one session is done. Just a gut feeling!

Are you hurting anyone or yourself? If no then do what you want if it works.

And yes sometimes i feel my butthole flexing when I kegel. Hell on a few rare occasions I've had an orgasm so strong I could feel it moving. Very strange butt didn't freak me out.

I've been doing Kegel for few days now. I've never been consistent with it. I'm trying to make it an habit now. After reading arkailija's post, I've decided to try out his method. Whenever I do Kegel be it sitting, standing or laying on the bed, I always feel it in my butt hole so I know I'm doing the right thing. But some times my butt holes feels some sort of fatique when I do it so I think I need to include off days in my own case.

So starting from today, I will start taking off days, one day on and one day off

It is a muscle so it does need some rest.

I do get tired after doing it for a while. I will try to see what I can do about it to stay consistent

I've been horrible about doing them. Getting my Bathmate routine going again should cure that. I like doing the BM Hardcore Stretches and doing kegels at the same time. They're harder to do and the benefits are awesome. It's giving you length , girth, and kegel work all at the same time.

Same with me, I find it easier to do together with my girth session and once you do it together with your girth session, I give you 30 days you endurance level will increase and if you try masturbating or initiate sex, you will last longer than usual.

Doing them can help for sure.

With HardCore Stretches you should be using a reverse kegel not a kegel. A kegel will hold back against the stretch , the reverse kegel will allow the stretch to have no interference.

if you're in your Bathmate, give this a shot...pump to your max, then press the BM tighter to your body and hold a Kegel, then take your VV pump and increase the pressure very slightly (I feel a tingle in my glans when I do this), then release and reverse kegel while simultaneously pulling the cylinder for an expressive stretch ...rinse/repeat

I'd have to learn the RK. When I do kegels while BM stretching it's not long held kegels, they're 1 second kegels.

Need to figure out the sleeve thing so I can start doing BM stretches again. Let's keep that discussion to the other thread though.

I'm going to give this a try when I resume training girth.

It’s funny though, even doing them now sitting with my legs crossed, I can feel my asshole is involved in the exercise as well, which isn’t a bad thing I’m guessing. And with all this talk of reverse kegling I’m thinking it’s more than time to integrate them into my routine… I’m thinking while I’m using the BM X30 in the tub.

Hey quick question, didn't want to start a new thread for this, but in nosing around the forum \ videos I found StormX30's BM Hardcore Stretch video , and wanted to make sure that they also help with girth work.

Suction + Stretching at the same time. It will work both.

Whoops, time goes by fast, my bad for not answering! With Max power 5 sec, 10 sec rest, 5 repeats.
Speed 10-15 reps without breaks.
Stamina 5-10 times of the 60% 10-20 kegels.
I hope that clarifies; I know the numbers aren't very big considering some tell about 100 - 500 repetitions of some Kegels. Moderation is key. One can overtrain and then the benefits might not be present.
Even my instruction sheet says not do overdo it, as it can cause more incontinence.

Good to hear that your training is going well though!

When I was doing BM hardcore stretches I was insanely thick after each session. Obviously I gained length from them too but the girth was amazing. Still need to get a sleeve so I can do them again.

Do you put your balls inside the pump while doing those stretches ?
