Having finally added Kegels into my manual routine, that is ten minutes a night in between doing Jelqs and SSJ's; y'all remember my recent post about them and even though I believe I'm doing them properly, I don't necessarily feel that I'm flexing \ tightening the area all that well. However one thing I recently discovered while doing manuals, was if you slide down on your back, comfortably of course, and keep your legs on a desk \ dresser \ etc; doing the Kegels that way in concert with your asshole (Flexing \ Puckering \ What have you) really makes a difference in feeling the exercise as you're doing it.
Now I think butt \ anal kegels are a thing, so does this sound like what I'm doing is that? And second, give this a try and tell me if it feels the same for you... Like I talked about before; holding the Kegel for a while is doable, but at one point I don't feel the sensation of the hold any longer... This way I do, but don't want to keep doing them if they're not targeting what I want targeted.
