This aint my exercise.
I have been doing it for ages, but wanted to be sure it was okay.
Aftertheshock and bishop plus some others have been trying her out as well.

Okay heres how its done

=====

1] Get flaccid
2] grip around the penis [near the base] with both hands and get a good firm grip .
3] Now have the hands positioned so that they are pointing down towards the floor with penis in hand ready.
4] Start doing squats while in this postion.
5] When you go down on the squat pull down the the hands to give more of a stretch
6] Do about 5 minutes of these NON STOP at first and build them up to more and more.

These are EXELLENT for stretching your Ligaments.
I have done them and they certainly worked for me.
You must be careful not to go TOO HARD with these otherwise you could hurt ya self.

Another idea is to do Blasters [Reverse Kegels] while doing these and it increases the chances of getting a MAX lig stretch or the Burn/Burners I call them, also a lig pop is more likely.

I would say only guys who have been doing NPenis Enlargement for a while [4 months+] should start these incase they hurt themselves, but if you think you can be careful enough, damm go ahead and have a go.

Ok, as you might know I'm new so maybe some one has already got this stretch , or it could be a joke but I don't think the stretch is a joke and won't if you try it. I think this will work good if you have alot of skin on your dick

I stumbled opun this stretch when my legs got cramped doing squat stretches . What I do is get on my knees and lean forward a bit almost like I am on all fours. Then I grab my dick by the head (for me I have to push some skin down to grab the meat) and pull it hard down and back then I rotate it in circles pulling down and out from the center the whole time. Somtimes I go fast and somtimes slow

Also I found that the squat stretched the skin alot but when I did the Downward Spiral and pushed down my lose skin I could really feel the ligs being stretched

Try it out and let me know what you think

HAs any one tried to do blasters and the V stretch at the same time

Again i have used this stretch to and i have to say it kills the ligs, haven't tried adding the kegal yet.

Whenever I did these I kegeled before pulling up. Then I reverse kegeled when I finally did, make sure not to stretch your skin too much though, it hurts. Great exercise!

I still use this as a stretch in my progressive routines maybe once or twice in a week for a few reps. It's a great way to loosen the ligs up before getting dressed. I've always liked how the base skin HAS to stretch doing these as well.

cooool ... glad its being used and has been useful ... suppose caution must be shown cos if we squat too hard and deep one could hurt ole toby > be careful all!!!

I use the squat stretch all the time and it works great.

I do it in the shower in the shower in the morning as part of my Penis Enlargement routine, great way to start the day. !!!

I use a routine of a variety of different things and have seen a gain of 1/4" length and girth in just over two months.

I can't attribute the gains solely from the squat stretch but I feel it is doing something positive.

I was doing this lastnight in the PA with the setup so it was like the Blue_Whale's mandingo stretch . So really a mandingo stretch done in the PA while squatting and fuck me it was intense. Very good indeed and I find it breaks boredom on longer holds as I'm doing something plus I get my bodyweight behind the stretch more and really push it but be careful.

YUP, I just got my new Power Assist and I am really enjoying this!

Good to see you likeing them, they are mega intense as you can place your bodyweight into it and with the PA in the position it is, makes the leverage very good. So its the benefits of the mandingo stretch by Blue Whale, the advantages of the PA and also the dynamics with the squat movement. I find doing that movement breaks boredom when just sitting as I get bored sometimes.
