could you do a jelq on the way down, or just a stretch

i would think a reverse kegal with a jelq could add something to it

See here but your not holding weight on your trapezius\back\shoulders but gripping with both hands around your penis and getting your body weight behind the movement as you squat.

Its a very intense move and breaks boredom in your routine when just sitting and stretching, plus this will strengthen your legs and improve cardio if done long enough.

Hi,

I just talked about this with the stretch but you could try it with a jelq and see how it works and yes I think adding reverse kegels would be wise.

Awesome and if you try various grips with this while going down on the squat movement you can make it more intense.

Example - Get your hands setup like in the __________ stretch by Blue_Whale but instead of sitting doing the movement, perform it squating and use the downward motion to PUSH the top hand against the penis and really add intensity to this movement.

I tried this and honestly, if you dont have a PA than this is the next best thing if you want more power behind the stretch and you can shorten the squat range instead of full range to make it more intense on the stretch, which it will.
 
yes red i love these alot i spend easily 2 hours a day doing these

i start with one hand below the head pulling down really hard and when i do my squat i just stay low for about 10 seconds doing a really hard reverse kegal and slow hard jelqs

i get an amazing burn from these and i can feel my penis being pulled out
