I'm in the same boat. What I do is wake up 5-10 min earlier.
Lay in bed, massage for 3 min
lay on your side, grasp penis from behind thighs 9between legs), gently curve and pull back toward back of right thigh (depending on which side your laying on).
Hold for 3-5 min.
Switch side, repeat.
You can also lay on back, grab penis from behind your left thigh, pull gently behind your right/left thigh and hold 3-5 min.
you can and should also do Kegels while doing this
Jump into warm shower and massage 3-5 min.
I do this twice a day sometimes
Progress: started at 6.5 length/ 5.5 girth at base
current: 7.75 length /6.5 girth at baseI also do kegels while driving, sitting at meetings, etc...
