just trying to see what the end result is with pumping??

meaning if you google penis pumping and those kind of words you will see some crazy big dicks out there, not like what ��������� have its like on steriods you could say!!! so im thinking is this the results you get from pumping or have they had some doctor work too, to girth that girth look?

Amen to that. The sad thing about the internet is you usually can find the WORST examples of just about anything when you search for information about whatever subject. NOT JUST Penis Enlargement. Extreme pumping is indeed a fetish type of pumping. I have seen and heard of men pumping to upwards of 10'' and more in girth. It's for show, and does in my opinion look ridiculous and disgusting. Some people find it erotic. Some men even do weird things like 'bifurcating' their penis...splitting it completely in half or ''butter-flying'' the penis or other odd things. No they are protecting their pockets by telling men the only choice they have is surgical.

I would agree with you if it were in the US but in the UK the NHS is free for all and hence if a man had a tiny cock and he went by the correct channels i.e. his doctor than would refer him to a urologist and eventually if they feel he needs an enlargement than they would move to the next stages ... likely surgery from reading that.

Yes sir, you are correct. Waivers and patient consent forms are signed. HOWEVER, penis enlargement surgery (from what I understand) is still ''shunned'' by most medical doctors and still viewed as optional and mostly EXPenis EnlargementRIMENTAL. That in and of itself should tell you plenty about phalloplasty. The doctors who DO it, are indeed licensed AS DOCTORS in their original profession (urology, cosmetic surgeon, surgeon, MD??, ETC), but are they actually trained surgeons...or self taught urologists or plastic surgeons who are self taught??? Hmm.....

In the NHS they will be trained to standard, its hard to get a job at that level here unless you got the certificates but hey bad apples get in right. The USA seems to be the place dreams are made haha and I have heard about the fancy LA private clinics that the rich visit for face lifts and willy revamping ... don't know how strict you guys are in the medical world ... I would guess standards are high because for me to come to you I have to sit an exam and score high as fuck to enter, even though the NHS is classed as good to go by most establisHydromaxents.
