DLD's Testicle Massage

This is a very quick routine but the benefits IMO are wonderful. I get a much lower flacid hang. A greater enjaculatory volume and greater sensitivity. Over my program my balls have increased in size too.

Apply a moiturizer

1.) massage all around my sack using my thumb and forfinger avoiding the balls.

2.) With one hand grab around the top of my sack using the other hand I rub the balls all over in a nice steady motion.

3.) Grabbing my penis in a firm grip and grabbing my sack in a firm grip I stretch my penis up and my balls down.

Each of these exercise should be done for 1 minute each.
 
I've been doing this massage for about a 2 months now and it's great, I've noticed a big difference in hang(though mostly when its hot) but there are a few things where ive never been quite sure wether i was doing them right or not.

1. In this post you say that you massage your scrotum first then massage your balls whereas in your newbie routine you say massage the balls first then massage the scrotum, so, which order is right? (although i'm fairly sure that this doesnt matter that much).

2. When you stretch the penis up and the balls down, is the aim to stretch that tunica thing thats attached to the balls (vans deferens i think you called it), or to stretch the skin where shaft and balls meet, or in other words, do you grab the penis at the base of the shaft (this is how i currently do it) to stretch the skin, or do you grab at the glans (like with a normal manual stretch) so that the stretch is felt on the vans deferens rather than on the skin. (I hope i haven't made this more confusing than it is).

3. With the stretch, do you hold one long 60 second strech or do you do, like, 60 short 1 second stretches?

This is great! Scrotum hang is so easy to improve on using this routine.

Order does not matter as long as you are doing all parts.

2. Both the upward and downward stretch is effecting the connecting skin from the scrotum to the penis. The idea behind stretching this skin is to give a better, more clearly defined penis line at the base. Stand side ways, naked, in the mirror and look at your penis profile. Now push the skin back between the scrotum and penis, you will see a considerable increase in length. This is why we want to stretch that skin.

When stretching the penis up it is effecting the tunica while stretching the connecting skin. While stretching the penis downward you are hitting the suspensory ligaments while stretching the skin.

Again, do what is comfortable. I enjoy 30 second stretches while doing this routine but I also double up the entire routine.
 
notice some benifits as well here, I also added a bundle A stretch over the width of my hand while griping just above my balls. does a nice stretch as well. just my 2 cents worth

I think I'm a little more confused than I was before.

Should i feel the stretch in the skin, the ligaments, or both? (bear in mind that I'm uncut so i have to pull by the glans to feel the stretch in the ligaments or, by the base of my shaft if i want to stretch the skin)

When you do this stretch, do you grab at the glans or at the base of your shaft?

"While stretching the penis downward you are hitting the suspensory ligaments while stretching the skin". Is there another stretch that i dont know about where you pull the penis downward this time?

Everyone should add this to their girth routine. I personally will be doing this because my penis is bigger when my balls sack is hanging loose.
