hey guys!

this is my first post in this forum but i am not a newbie in Penis Enlargement. i am exercising my dick on and off since september 2009. unfortunately i almost made no gains in length.

after reading a lot on this and other Penis Enlargement-forums (also german forums, as i am from switzerland and we speak german :p) i suppose that i got an extremely strong steel cord/bucks fascia limiting my gains.

my nbpel is 15 cm (6 inches) and my nbpfsl is 15,5 cm (i guess due to a light upwards curve, which "eats" those 5 mm while measuring with a wooden ruler so i cant measure along the curve when erect).

i am recently experimenting with fulcrum a-stretches under constant heat to target this goddam steel cord (10 x 2 min). i read about some people struggling with the same problem as i do and they made finally decent gains with that approach.

so lets come to the point why i opened this thread: even after such a session i dont really have temporary fsl gains, maybe 1-2 mm but this could just be a problem of inaccurate measuring (since for me its very difficult to measure fsl).

-- my question to you is now: do you guys have temporary FSL gains after a stretching session? and when yes, how much?

i am clear on the fact Penis Enlargement takes time to success and i would be really happy if i would "only" gain 1 cm in length a year, but i need to know if i am working on my dick effective or not to maintain my motivation after those long periods of not even one fucking millimeter gain.

Wow! 1 cm in a year- you sure are modest- some people are recorded to have seen these gains in a month. I have the same problem as you do- I have the feeling that the stretching is intense and there is fatigue, but I see a little temporary FL gain. I haven't measured it, but I think that if I did- it would be around a centimeter. If you haven't seen gains in so long period of time then I guess there is something wrong with your:
-form- you may be using improper form of exercise.
-intensity- you may not be applying enough intensity and tension for it to work for you. Have you tried stretching harder? Your body adapts and you must present it with stress it has not experienced before. But remember- increase slowly and steadily. Don't rush yourself into max intensity!
-routine- maybe your routine is messed up. There are two things here- one is that the exercises you do (with proper form) are ineffective for you, and the other is that you are missing something- maybe you must add something- more exercises, replace the ones you are doing with others (I assume you warm up and warm down).

Many guys have recorded very good gains using DLD's newbie routine. DLD is said to have gained 2 inches (5,08 cm) himself after 6 months on this routine. Here is the link:

And about the Flaccid Length gains- do not worry- as long as everything I wrote above is in check everything should be OK. Hope this helps you! If I do really intense stretches such as 'footlong sock stretch' I will see up to .25" increase in FSL. My current routine is just many sets of basic stretches and I don't see much of a temporary increase in FSL, maybe .125" by the end of the day. This doesn't mean, however, it's not effective. I have gained over .5" in about 2-3 months (only 2 months so far of length work, 3 months girth work) with these basic stretches. You should definitely check out DLD's SRT thread. It is filled with great stuff to help you learn to heal while stretched, and make the best of your routine. One last thing is heat, heat, heat. Before, maybe during, and definitely after. @zambrodom: i guess you have got me wrong, i am not worried about flaccid length gains, i talk about flaccid STRETCH length gains. meaning that even after a stretch workout of 45 mins or ha shorter but more intense workout i have none increase in my bpfsl measurements. my dick doesnt feel worked either cause i could stretch tunica and ligs further but i am limited by this steel cord. thats also why "normal" routines like the DLD`s newbie routine and pumping never had an effect on length for me.

@drd13: when the calculation is correct, this means you get a 3,17mm temporary FSL gain after a stretch session. with this you gained 13mm in 2-3 months. very nice gains, congrats :)
if this is correct it means you can gain EL even tough you dont have huge temporary fsl gains. the problem is just, even after several months of stretching in a row i never saw gains. but i will try some other stretching variatons and experiment with more time under tension till i find something which gives me more temporary FSL increase after a session and then i gonna stick with that for at least 2 months. heat i use a lot, warm up in the shower and while stretching i always put on hot hot/cold packs. and when it comes down to SRT, i really believe in the theory. the problem is just i dont see the point of letting my penis heal in a stretched state when there is no stretched state, so i think SRT isnt the way to solve this steel cord problem.

what i wonder is: after your stretching sessions, does your dick feel worked? and would you say you pull very hard while stretching?

What you need is the length master. You will always see flaccid length increment after a solid length master session.
