I purchased online generic viagra a few years ago.

The typical side effects, with no positive results, were probably due to my diet of cheap cigars, wine and beer on an old farts body (60+).

For chuckles, this week, I followed a 30 minute pumping session with a 100mg tab and light constriction with an adjustable strap.

Holy Crap ..... my unit continued to fill and expand beyond what I normally get after an hour of clamping and ULI's.

My wife dove on it, and all I could do was moan.

For the next 36 hours all I had to do was apply light constriction and it was off to the races, I was in heaven.

I don't know if the combination of events were the major factor but I will be repeating it with generic levitra tomorrow.

Further data analysis requires "HARD" work.

Good for you, never heard of anyone gaining further expansion after pumping by taking Viagra but maybe you are on to something. I would repeat the experiment a few more times to get more data.

I slept late and missed today's opportunity.

I suspect that the pumping stretched everything so engorgement was easy.

The light constriction gave the viagra the little bit of help it need to do its job.
I had never used constriction with viagra or levitra in the past, obviously it's what helped it do its job.

I'll repost in a few weeks, long road trip coming up soon.

Looking forward to further research, thanks Brother.

What's unhealthy about cigars, wine and beer.

I had a full medical last year, and the doc stated that if my birthdate were covered up on the chart, that all of my blood work looked like that of a 30 year old super triathlon runner.

My current lifestyle has been my standard since the mid 1980's.

I have no intention of becoming politically correct to appease the communists that dictate social behavior.

Have you tried just using a nitric oxide booster (l-citrulline) and seeing if that helped w/ any engorgement w/ girth work?

I have been taking two large l'arginine capsules daily.

I never tried l-citrulline, I guess I should pick some up.

What is the difference between using either or both at the same time ?

The mail notification system must be down, I didn't see your reply until I checked on my own postings.

In contrast to L-arginine, L-citrulline is not metabolized in the areas of the body where arginase likes to hang out (the intestines and liver). Instead, L-citrulline goes into the kidneys where it is rapidly converted into—you guessed it: L-arginine.

That’s why L-citrulline is the better choice for men looking to produce strong, hard erections. And this isn’t just a theory, scientific studies have proven L-citrilline supplementation increases blood levels of L-arginine more effectively than supplementation of L-arginine alone.

A 2008 double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled cross-over study conducted by researchers at the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf, Germany showed oral L-citrulline increased L-arginine blood levels and boosted nitric oxide-dependent signaling and therefore levels of cGMP much more effectively than L-arginine.

That's a quote a found for the benefit over L-Arg.

L-Citrulline can also come mixed w/ malic acid, which also has a bunch of heart/blood benefits+ETC.

Oral L-citrulline supplementation improves erection hardness in men with mild erectile dysfunction: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21195829
CONCLUSIONS: Although less effective than phosphodiesterase type-5 enzyme inhibitors, at least in the short term, L-citrulline supplementation has been proved to be safe and psychologically well accepted by patients. Its role as an alternative treatment for mild to moderate ED, particularly in patients with a psychologically fear of phosphodiesterase type-5 enzyme inhibitors, deserves further research.
Study was @ 1.5g per day mixed into 2 doses.

Here is some info on NO and L-Arg vs L-Cit: http://www.life-enhancement.com/magazine/article/2408-double-your-pleasure

I used to love L-citrulline. i took one a long time again that was in liquid for and sour apple flavor. really enhanced my weight lifting. was so sad when they discontinued it. at the time i didn't even have as good of an understanding but was just experiments with that and other supps like arginine, creatine, various proteins and amino acids. was probably 8-10 years ago.

i wonder if there is any research into creatine and PE...will have to look around a bit for that

Have you tried another session yet to see if you can duplicate the results?

I have yet to see any study on creatine supplementation in relation to penile growth, as creatine/ATP pertains to muscle fibers/muscle cell hydration.

There is a study showing creatine increasing DHT levels by up to 56%. So that could have an indirect effect on libido.

My work has me on the road for another week away from all of my tools of the trade.

I will definitely be trying the L-Citrulline, based on the 2008 study results.

I have a large amount of creatine left over from my son's body building days, also to be added to my stack.

Thanks guys for the additional information, I will put it to good use and report on my findings in a few weeks.

Get some basic work in while you are away, maybe a shortened version of the Newbie Routine, this will keep you cementing while you are way.
